I have never left a review before but this place is worth the time. I have been ordering from here since I moved to Inglewood 4 months ago. I order at least once a week. I really enjoy the pepperoni with stuffed crust, simple but tasty. The staff is friendly and I think it’s cool that I can watch them make my pizza through the glass. I had never seen someone stretch out dough before, pretty cool. The place always looks tidy and clean. I usually can walk in and out in about 15 minutes but if I call and order ahead of time I can be in and out in 5. Will continue to go here.

I love ordering from this Papa John’s Pizza. It’s definitely my go to pizza place. The pizza and sides are delicious and you cannot beat the price for the quality you are getting. My family’s go to are the bbq chicken bacon and a traditional pepperoni, a side of chicken poppers and a side of chicken wings. Not only is my order always delicious it is also always done correctly and in a timely manner. Apart from the food being amazing the store is always very clean and the staff is super friendly and always greets me with a “Hi, Welcome to Papa John’s”. Everyone is amazing including but not limited to Elizabeth, Jose, Gabby, Beatrice, Miguel and Armando. I always recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Poor service when they have a wide are for costumers they choose not to deliver

I ordered a Hawaiin BBQ chicken pizza. I received a pizza that was 1/2 sausage and 1/2 pineapple with marinara sauce. I confirmed my order online first, then I tried to call the store multiple times and after selecting the option to talk to the manager, it just rings and then goes silent on the other end. It was the first time ordering from this store and was the poorest service I have received at a Papa John's.

Ordered 2 pizza with extra sauce. Neither had extra sauce. Both at extra cheese. One had so much extra cheese that it was disgusting and not even edible Won't be back

Where do I start.., I ordered my food per phone call, 2 hours passed and my order still haven’t arrived, so I called the ordering representatives and they gave me the direct line of contact to this specific location in Inglewood, I called a good 30+ times, No answer, and they finally answered and told me the driver was outside calling and running my door bell, which he wasn’t because I’ve seen no driver on my cameras or my phone haven’t rang at all that whole time. So I went down there, and the pizza was cold so I asked for a fresh pizza, they refused. I asked for a manager, she came but only communicated through the Hispanic employee because they said “she only speak Spanish”, I’m pissed off even more, I started talkin mess and all of a sudden the Hispanic woman knows how to speak clear English pretty well. So I just asked for a refund and she’s mad and ranting off, and tell me don’t come back. Worst location. You order here it’s a possibility you might not be getting your food

Tonight I ordered large pizza half pepperoni and half vegetarian in store with my family . When I bite first Slice of pizza I found a small wood in the pizza then I came back inside of store I showed the manager the 1 inch small wood . He said sorry about that I accepted his apologize and I thought it could be happen mistakenly then I left when I arrived the hotel and continue to eat the rest of the pizza I found the second small wood about one inch . What ‘a wrong with this store ????!!!! I tried papa John’s in Texas several time in Texas was I was weird for papa John’s I trusts papa John in Texas but today I changed my mind I will never ever come back to papa johns again .

Worst service I ever received, I was yelled at , insulted , and hung up on after my order was left outside . I called to ask for solution and the employee was the nastiest and then she blocked my calls from calling back . I have no food and they robbed me . Even to the point where I feel it could’ve been because she heard I am black . Absolutely would never recommend to anyone !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!
