I went to Pizza Hut anticipating two delicious pizzas, chicken wings, and bread sticks. The crispy thin pizza was over cooked and dry. No pulley cheese .The bread sticks were over cooked and hard. The chicken wings were under cooked . The skin was rubbery. I called and made a complaint because this is unacceptable. They ruined my Friday night!

The issue at this location is the communication barrier. I ordered the special, $9.99 three topping pizza and mozzarella sticks. Not only was I overcharged for the pizza, at first, I get home to discover breadsticks where there should have been mozzarella sticks. The intercom’s do not work! They can’t hear us and we can’t hear them!! everyone in the store had the same problem with being misunderstood.

We tried to buy a simple cheese pizza, and the employee told us we’d have to wait 25 minutes — even though there wasn’t a single customer in the place, only Uber Eats drivers picking up orders. I honestly don’t understand why they even keep the store open to the public if they’re only focused on delivery orders.

Don’t bother ordering or paying for extra toppings in your pizza….they will get your order wrong and you will have paid $5+ extra for absolutely nothing and still pay for a tip.

How is it that I bought me one medium pizza one topping and 12 wings was $45 I don’t understand why so expensive I don’t even get plates Parmesan or spice pepper it’s all charged. I didn’t even get ranch for my wings.
The service was pleasant and the atmosphere is cozy, the only bad thing is actually the pizza, the dough never rose and for me and my companions it was raw, the sauce was old, I didn't like it at all, super expensive, about 20 dollars to eat raw bread with cheese. and old sauce.

Pizza hut really needs to stop using door dash those delivery drivers are awful. I ordered a pizza and when they dropped it off they never rang the door bell or notified me in any way they layed my pizza on the floor! And left It was disgusting and cold. I ordered from here occasionally and usually never had a problem but that surely made me not want to order here anymore. I may consider if they get their own drivers again and not door dash.
