Very bad, they keep the clients' receipts as they tell you that they are going to give it to you when they bring you the food, but they first scan the points on your receipt and then they bring it to you, the first time that happens to me that when you pay, they don't tell you. They want to give you the receipt until they bring you the food, but they do it to scan the receipt themselves and grab the points that give you bad service.
