I don't really have much negative to say about these people. However, I have them a receipt, with a coupon for 2 free pcs of Chicken and a free biscuit. I told them I wanted 2 thighs. However they gave me a thigh and a Drumstick. I dislike when people are in such a hurry that they mess up my order. I try to be considerate and not hold up the line to check my order. But, experiences like this are going to make me change that methodology. It may seem small to some. However, it's the principal. Plus, I don't like drumsticks!

The chicken is old every time I cone to this one. Take out.
By far the nicest and cleanest Popeye’s I’ve been to. There was only one couple in front of me in line so I didn’t have to wait long. Staff was friendly although not the most attentive. I had to go back and ask for one item that was not in my bag.

I go to that restaurant only because my son is in love with Stella, a cashier who has served him personally is pleasant, she is always smiling, she has a pleasant personality when serving, she has good customer service and my son likes to go alone, that's why the food is good, only once did another woman serve us, she had a bad attitude, I asked for a three-piece combo, she gave me two cold fries, my lemonade did not put the flavor that I asked for, it is the only time that they have served me badly but we will continue going if it makes my son happy to see that woman, I am happy.

There wasn't even people the east time was crazy
Everytime I come here there is an issue but tonight had to be the worst. I arrived at 8:50pm and it was quite busy which I understand. The issue was that it took over a hour to get my food. I watched 7 people who came in after me get their food. When I go up to the counter the person insisted that they gave me my food. After some back and forth they checked the outgoing receipts and saw that mines was not there. She then asked another worker about it and he pointed to an empty box unto to which my order receipt popped up. HOW!?! After they found my receipt I still had to wait another 20 mins to get my food. There was no apology nor compensation for their screw up. This location just needs to close

If I could give this place zero I would. First, I waited in the drive-thru for 22 minutes, only to be told, they can only honor my coupon in the app ( which the app states it can be used for dine-in) so, order, go inside to place a separate order. I waited for 48 mins ( in total I waited 70 mins) and still no food.
I waited patiently, finally I go to the register for a refund, the girl ignores me. So, I call her again, she comes, I ask for a refund, she tells me she can’t do it. So, after going back a fourth with the young lady my order comes, however, the extra order I no longer want!
Side note: NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH, except for the cashier. She was not trying to give me my refund, finally she gave it to me, and I left. I will never come to this Popeyes again. Literally the worst service I have ever encountered.
I usually give people in customer service so much grace because I know it’s hard to interact with the public, but this particular crew was so rude and unaccommodating.

I was robbed $80 by the staff of this establishment I placed an order online at 6:40 p.m. by 6:50 I received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup I showed up by 7:20 and waited from 7:20 to 7:50 pm inside the store for my order. The staff were so incompetent that they could not keep up with their customers and was ignored every time i attempted to make contact with the cashier, I never received my order because i was going to be late for work if i continued to wait there.
I've called the store for the last half hour attempting to get my money refunded but no one is answering the calls I've contacted Uber eats help support in the attempt to resolve this issue but they are begging ignored was well. The store has placed my order status as completed so i am out of $80 and my food was stolen by the staff at this Popeyes.

This place does not need a dine in. I have yet to see someone sitting down eating. For some reason I always have a problem with my order, and there is always a language barrier between me and your staff. I placed my order online. Where you have the option for the fish sandwich. As I was walking up, you clearly have a picture of the fish sandwich posted in the window. I go to the counter and Elana says “no fish sandwiches, discontinued for two weeks”. She then attempts to give me a chicken sandwich, when I did not ask for the chicken sandwich. I asked for a refund and she directed me to the site. There I hit an option and it gave me a “closed” response. That my order could not be cancelled. This placed certainly needs help.!! And my God, your jalapeños were beyond dried out.! May I add a lady came inside and said “I waited 20 min for bone in wings, you all gave me boneless”. I mean terrible. Get this place all the way together.!
I’ve waited so long for a order I placed via the app just for me to get there and wait 40+ minutes. Another customer and myself were lied to about the reason our wait was so long was because they were cooking our fish sandwiches. Well that item wasn’t even in stock. They didn’t inform me and replaced my item with something I didn’t want. The drive thru was full of cars WAITING..inside the restaurant was filled with people WAITING 30+ minutes for their orders. Smh this location needs more people working and better TRAINED employees. I will say I applaud them for working under pressure but they need help!!!

Popeyes offers the best fast food fish sandwich. Enjoy it while you can! However, I've noticed that not all Popeyes franchises are the same. I can only recommend this specific Popeyes fish sandwich.
I feel terrible even having to write this review but after waiting 2 hours in line for my order to be wrong; here I am. We were not greeted once we drove up to the order window and when we tried placing our order, there language barrier was too great so we pulled up to the window to place it…I tried ordering my sandwich without sauce and she couldn’t understand that…I’ll just wipe it off with napkin I guess. I also ordered the fried pickles (which they later weren’t able to give me a refund for due to them being out of stock once my order was completed for whatever reason) and the $17 meal deal with a sprite. Once our order was placed it came out in freely timing but my sprite had no flavor syrup to it…they were so busy I don’t even bother going back because the cashier it was her first day poor thing. This is a reflection of management and it’s evidently poorly ran so please I suggest literally any other Popeyes location until this one gets a good game plan in tow. Food was hot tho can’t truly complain..
My biscuit was raw. No sauce for my chicken strips. No receipt ,red beans and rice ...watery. No one ever speaks english. You would think for $20 an hour. They could find someone that speaks english in America. This is disgraceful and I for 1 AM tired of it.
Out of all the Popeyes locations I’ve visited—and I travel often—this one stands out as the best! The store is consistently clean, the food is always fresh, and the staff members are friendly and professional. This location deserves recognition for its outstanding service and commitment to quality. Every employee I’ve encountered here has been top tier. Popeyes is fortunate to have such an exceptional team and location representing the brand.
Went in to try the new popeyes sandwich and specially asked for the sandwich to have bacon and mozzerella they charged me and got the order wrong twice following directions shouldn't be that hard.
