Woman at the drive thru had HORRIBLE customer service, she was very rude! She also tried to tell another employee not to give us sauce in our bag!! If my wife wanted more sauce and we were even willing to pay I don’t see what the issue was…. NEVER IN MY LIFE will I ever go back to that location

Wish I could give 0 stars…. Horrible customer service!!!!! Woman at the drive thru window was BEYOND rude, she spoke with an attitude and also tried to tell the other employee not to give us any sauce for our order!!! Worst mistake in my life was going there !!!

Honest went through the drive through and when ordering . The guy was giving me attitude because he didnt hear that i wanted the sandwish and just the sandwich. Then i ordered my food and paid and got home. And the 2 biscuts i bought were not put in the bag. Honestly the way the guy talked to me and not putting all the food in the bag.

Went in drive thru for an order clerk was slow.did not give receipt told me bring to me and didn’t after 25 mins was told he went to rest room and I went in tried to get my order sooner and I had no receipt the clerk did not give me it was on 6:20 Popeyes 13913 order9 terrible service and attitude not good for customers .i will not be visiting this one ever again because service is poor I’ll go somewhere wise

I had a Uber eats pick up … I got there at 1:04 the order was sitting on the counter but some big fat Spanish lady(the only way I can describe her)wouldn’t give it to me … I told her I was Uber eats but she refused to give me the already made order….. AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT…. She cost me 40 dollars….

Management is doing a terrible job at this location, I came for a delivery pick up and they took so long. Customers were so upset and getting angry at the poor workers.
