I put one star only because is required to leave a review. I went today to pick up my order. It was supposed to be ready at 7:45 pm I was there at 7:50. The attitude of the person in charge it was so bad towards the workers. I know it’s stressful but you need to have manners. She’s not material for manager. Very bad experience im never coming back.

I ordered a mobile order because I’m handicap after waiting. 15 minutes in line for driver they tried to tell me to come inside when I finally got my order no utensils for my size, and the tenders were lukewarm.

Completely incompetent. Didn't give me my Mac and cheese I paid extra for yesterday and today they made me go inside from the drive through after saying they would bring my food out on a mobile order that was ready before I made it though the drive through. Awful. Unapologetic. Go to another location.

This was the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever experienced eating at. Everything was immaculate. The parking lot was even cleaner than I’ve ever experienced at ANY fast food restaurant. The lady taking orders was wonderful. The moment I walked through the doors I was greeted. You won’t mind spending your hard earned money here. After ordering my lunch I checked my order for accuracy and everything was correct. Yayyyyyyyyyy. I will drive out of my way to visit this Popeyes Restaurant. It’s definitely a 10/10. My food was hot and everything was Great down to the hot-sauce and honey I requested. Here on 12-15-23. Ordered 5 piece spicy tender combo which comes with, 1 side, 1 biscuit and small soda. I also ordered a large red beans rice and extra biscuit. I saw the lrg red beans and rice on and extra biscuit. I asked, was the of red beans and rice in the box with the chicken tenders. Cashier said yes. I get home and the side that comes with it is nowhere in sight. They owe me !

Thought I was going to have a bad experience because of the wait time but once I reach the window my food was hot and ready and Miss Irma that work the drive-thru she is such a sweet lady she went out of her way to make sure that my order was prepared and it was given to me the way that I actually ordered it please give her a raise she is such an awesome worker

The best fried chicken is golden bird on 83rd and Western and I believe it's on Redondo Beach and Normandy or Western there's a golden bird out that way haven't tried there yet.
