Delivery was super quick however the food was just not good. Pepperoni pizza was super greasy and the fries while warm were absolutely tasteless. They did provide ketchup packets which I appreciated but even that didn't help. Overall disappointed

I like this place! They give excellent dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that place is a real pro, I like very much eating all their food. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

If you're in the neighborhood, order from them. There's a dominos a few blocks away from my apt and I still prefer Pronto Pronto 10xs more. The pizza is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the delivery is fast. Dominos has disappointed numerous times with their delayed deliveries and incorrect orders. Plus, delivery is only $1! Can't beat that.

Decided to stop after seeing the “best NY pizza by the slice” sign.. well it wasn’t. Not even close. It wasn’t horrible but not for me. Sweet sauce and undercooked cheese and toppings. The reason for the 3 stars? At least the bottom crust was crispy.

The calzones are really good and fresh the only thing is they’re greasy. The pizza looks and tasted nothing like the photos and is a waste of money honestly I only order the calzones now.

Apparently now it's ok to deliver fries that are burnt, dehydrated, old and completely inedible. I asked for a replacement and over an hour and a half later...nothing. I asked for a refund for the fries, I'll see if that happens. I'm just wondering who looked at those fries and thought it was okay to give a customer such trashy service? And who thought that I would just accept it? This photo actually doesn't even show how almost every fry was dark brown in color; only a few potato colored ones. They looked like edible cancer. Update: 5/10/2019. Despite the response from the business it's over a week later and I still haven't received a credit or refund.

Okay, so we order from this restaurant all the time. My co workers and I that is. But it seems the quality of the lettuce and dressing have change significantly. Today we ordered 4 salads. 2 chicken caesar, and 2 chipotle chicken. The salads were okay, not as AWESOME as before. The lettuce has changed. As you can see in my first review. The lettuce was nice and fresh. Today we received a mixture of ICEBERG, and Green Leaf, or romaine in which it seemed to have been precut, so you could see where the lettuce was turning a little. We were starving so we all just dug right in. The caesar dressing is normally thick, with parmesan cheese very tasty. Today it was thin, and weak in flavor and taste. We love you guys Salads. But unfortunately today will be the last day we order any salads from Pronto. Thanks for the previous salads, and always AWESOME customer service regardless.
