Very clean restaurant and meat market. Food was good but seemed on the higher side.

They overcharge and charge $3 dollars for a glass of plain water. Plus the charge more for service ???

Decided to give this very big, often empty restaurant, with bad Yelp reviews, a chance since I'm often in the area. I came across a coupon from a dining application and decided to purchase it and come in to give them a try. The staff knew nothing of the coupon, they put the owner on the phone and he refused it. I had a drink and left. The staff was nice and I understand it isn't their fault but the owner either is really rich, or this business is a front because this place looks doomed for failure at this rate. The menu is outrageously overpriced. $6.99 per taco. And $20+ plates. They also charge $2 to use credit cards and are charging a 10.25% sales tax which I believe is more than the area.

Good luck, if they are truly hurting I hope they turn things around for the staffs sake because they seem like really nice people.

We got fried tilapia and fish ceviche. Both dishes are fingerlicking good 😋

Wanted to like this place but I couldn’t. I got a carnitas burrito, half of the meat was just fat and there was a large piece of bone in there too. Not sure how they missed that. Plus they charge $2 for credit card use and the prices here are already high to begin with

One of my favorite places, the girls who wait on the tables are lovely people and not to mention the cook also has a good taste in the food. I highly recommend this place. The micheladas are very tasty.

Puerto Escondido has very good service from the waiters and the afternoon chef, always smiling and with good humor. The food I have eaten has a very good flavor and is fresh. I recommend this place. To the delicious micheladas.
