The food it doesn't taste same as before!! Macaroni salad did not had flavor at all and tasted sour.. paid $ 20 for a plate and did not taste good.. before this was our favorite place to go!!! will not go back again

Overpriced and cannot substitute anything, only give 2 packets of tarter sauce for fish platter. Horrible experience will not go back or ever recommended.
I just picked it up an hour ago when I got home. I wanted to savor my order. The pasta without salt has no flavor, it has no presence, the meat has no salt, it is not Hawaiian BBQ, I prefer the regular one I buy. This place prepares ???????? if you want to eat delicious food this place is not for you. Vote for Trash, I was left without eating, and because of the address where I bought I can't return because I was passing through. (and I would never return) I paid my money to vote to vomit and vote to trash the food of this place.

My girlfriend and I stopped by to eat lunch. Have been coming here on and off for the past 10+ years. The woman behind the counter had a negative attitude, and poor customer service. My girlfriend is Vegetarian, and asked if #9 Plate could have the chicken placed on the side. She said, "No!". She said, "They don't make plates to order!". My girlfriend still ordered the #9 - Spicy Noodle Mix Plate. I ordered the #4 - Hawaiian BBQ Mix Plate and a Large beverage. I repeated my order to her as she was charging me. And, told me, she forgot to charge me for the drink. I told her, I still need to be charged for the large beverage. (Receipt #20240908-10034). She then charged me for the large beverage. (Receipt #20240908-10035). I then asked her for her name? She told me, "Yvonne!". She then asked me why? And, then asked me, "Poor service?". I told her, "Yes". A short time later she handed me, my order. When we opened our plates, my girlfriend's plate was supposed to have chicken. Instead of chicken, there was shrimp mixed in her spicy noodles. Not what she ordered.

Decided to come years after couple years and godddd I tell you!! These guys have no service! And prices are off the rooffff!!! $17 for katsu plate when ono is $12 .. bbq mix is $21!!!! I don’t mind paying the price but has to be good! No taste in food! These guys have gone up most likely because of stadium right in front!
