Every item I order was horrible. The amount of money we spend on these app just to get food that either was sitting for hours or someone has no cooking skills. We order 3 different combo meals and the food looked and tasted old. We will never patronize this business ever again.

Rally’s isn’t what it used to be, fries are extra greasy tasting the burgers still hit the spot, but I was really disappointed when I tried rally’s for the first time in a long time with high expectations on the fries! Even got the XL lol.

When you get your order, please check your food before pulling away. They kind of rush you when you order. They don't repeat your order, and they don't ask you if you want any condiments. This was one of my favorite places to eat since 1990 and didn't have any problems with my orders (until now), but now I'm not so sure.

Shakes not as good as they used to be back in the day. Before the strawberry and banana stood out. Today, not so much. Can barely take the chance I get. Rally shake days are officially over.

Today I went to my Ralleys app to place an order as normal when I placed it I need delivery and it said pick up I immediately called the number in the app and received a voice message stating the person you are trying to reach is not available I then called the number from goggle and it rings as if it is an answering machine, The 1-800 number was called and i was told there is nothing they can do
but this could have been corrected if a valid telephone number was given to the public so now I have to figure out what I can get my kids to eat

We bought the two t pain meals and some loaded fries. Service was good but the food was overly salty. Love food that is seasoned good but overly salty is another story. We’ve had food from other rally’s at other locations and saltiness hasn’t been the issue. Maybe they heavy handed season the nuggets and fries but it made it unable to be eaten. We trashed it. I would still give this place a chance maybe ask for the fries and nuggets to be unseasoned then I’ll update if it made a difference. Service was good and fast. Just the issue with saltiness.

I got a chili dog comb took one look at the wiener and Spirit said don't eat it, it had turned green.
Took it back and let them know, asked for a fresh dog. Second one looked alot better, but could haven been cooked more One on the right is the first dog.

I clearly said NO CHEESES EVEN ASKED THE SERVICE WORKER no cheese right .! Clearly said yes ... Get home boom cheese angry and still hungry as I can't eat my food because I may die due to cheese especially I didn't ask for.. but they asked for a receipt that I already trashed with the trashed burger
