The food is the best part about the experience, but when you don't get what you ordered, a issue is born. I told the drive through operator that the last 3 time I ordered a Maple Long John con Crema, and I got con no crema, he told me that I had to have receipts. Well sir, Im sorry I don't keep the receipts in my car to have them available for viewing upon request, but the fact is, Im not gaining anything to lie about cream in my freakin donut! Excellent customer service response:" I do apologize that your order was wrong on more than one occasion. I'll remind our staff to confirm is it with or without cream in the future, but if we forget, please remind us with every order before you pay so we can have your order correct. Now what i can do is charge for a regular long john and give you one with cream to even out the charges. How does that sound? Since you paid for cream and didn't get it, now we will give you cream no extra charge. You just pay for the maple donut, since we owe you cream." and my response would have been, " No thats ok, I don't want anything free, I'll just consider the cost for cream as a tip. Thank you for your willingness to solve my minor issue before it turned into to a major review😉. I just wanted to bring it to your attention and I appreciate you listening and not pointing the finger at me as if I just ordered the wrong thing. Confirming the order is both of our responsibility and ai appreciate you understanding that. Thank you for your supportive response and I am a satisfied customer. BOOM! 1-2 MINUTE SOLUTION. So there's my Experience, Issues, Preference, and Solution based on the last 10 visits since Nov. 2024.
Parking: The way the lot is designed takes away the option to maneuver in the parking lot, and drive through will leave you blocking traffic on the main street when the line is not moving fast. Sometimes parking and walking up seems to be faster, and then the cars start moving while your standing in line. Can just hop back in the car to get in the drive thru from the parking lot, because once you exit, you gave to turn right on Manchester then bust a U turn and try to turn left before the light at La Cienega, across two lanes of traffic on manchester just to get back in the drive thru. Makes you wonder," Is a Maple Bacon donut that has no filling, worth all that effort?" HELL 2 THE YES!! Drive safe.
Kid-friendliness: Keep the kids in the car. There's no playground. Traffic all around. No need to increase the risk of a freak accident.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the most spacious area, but doesn't restrict or prevent accessibility. Use drive thru, its easier.

"I recently visited Randy's Donuts and ordered a ham and cheese pastry along with a raised chocolate donut. When I asked the staff member at the drive-through on February 14, 2025, around 11:40 AM if the ham and cheese was warm, he falsely assured me that it was, seemingly just to expedite my order. This experience suggests a sense of entitlement at Randy's Donuts, where customers are expected to tolerate subpar service. I recommend supporting your local donut shop instead, where you're more likely to find caring service and a willingness to warm up your pastry."
