The food is the best part about the experience, but when you don't get what you ordered, a issue is born. I told the drive through operator that the last 3 time I ordered a Maple Long John con Crema, and I got con no crema, he told me that I had to have receipts. Well sir, Im sorry I don't keep the receipts in my car to have them available for viewing upon request, but the fact is, Im not gaining anything to lie about cream in my freakin donut! Excellent customer service...
First time having Randy's Donuts. I didn't expect much because I thought they're just famous for their landmarks but I was very surprised! The donuts were soft and chewy, just how I like it. I got the bear claw and chocolate cronut. I wish I bought more!
