I ordered the New York strip, and added shrimp scampi, but only got the steak. I ordered it medium, and got it super well done. Smh. Also waited for ever to be seated even though the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. If I ever visit Red lobster again it will definitely not be this location. Look at the rest of the reviews.

Very sad, poor experience at this restaurant. Our food took 40+ minutes to come and was seriously overpriced for what we got. Our server was very kind throughout the meal but overall it was a disappointing first visit to Red Lobster.

I posted the experience the day I had; baked potato that was overcooked and cold, Lobster that had burn marks on shell, Stake that was dry and over cooked. Will never return to that place under any circumstances.

Some friends and I went to have some appetizers and drinks. Our server was friendly, but everything we asked for took him a long time to bring back that we almost forgot. The bar was the worst. They didn't mix the drinks right. They took a long time. My friend asked for an additional side shot of Casadores, and they added ice. She wanted to mix it with her watermelon margarita. They took so long with the shot that she was almost done with the margarita. Then he apologized, saying they had to get it out of the back.Also, we felt like he was rushing us once it came to the check. The bar wasn't on point this time. I felt like a kid was making our drinks.

Visited with my lady friend when we had a stopover in L.A.It's a two part story. Might take a minute to tell...Part one was a nice meal. We grabbed a cab from the hotel and fulfilled our main goal for this visit. To eat at R.L. because it's nonexistent in Canada and we have heard about it since childhood.We enjoyed a tasty meal served by a nice young lady named Grace. Seafood linguini for my lady and some fried lobster and shrimp for me. After a pleasant dining experience we did a little shopping in the mall area adjacent.Part 2:My lady left her phone at the hotel and I don't carry one. It's now well after dark. Payphones are extinct and nobody at any business wants to help some dumb tourists call a cab.We found ourselves back at the restaurant and encountered our hero in the form of one of the servers whose name I wish I had gotten. The girl with the pretty gold nose piercing allowed us to use her personal phone to get a ride back to the hotel when no-one else would even listen.I hope the employer of this fine business reads this and knows that their employees are top notch.We thank you for going above and beyond.

Definitely will never return to this red lobster ever if they rebuilding up that area that red lobster need to go horrible customer service waited 45 min for wait even we keep getting walked by without nobody asking if my party need helps they close at 10pm but I guess all the food get shutdown by 8pm because no way only 2 items on the appetizer menu was available after that I put in my order by this time my 1yr old is restless and is ready to leave we finally food comes out but not before they give us somebody else order then look at us like we crazy I called manager she wasn’t no help food finally came out it literally look thrown together steak was not edible again orders mixed I complained and I was not satisfied at with service or food they took a lil off the bill I still had to pay $100 for food we didn’t touch are want after bad service here’s the kicker bout 4 people complained bout the samething they did nothing then top it off had the nerve to cut the lights off as if it was closing time I’mDefinitely filling fraud and letting corporate know about this horrible ordeal all we wanted to was a decent meal a celebrate my moms birthday this place definitely kill the whole vibe I have never gotten this back service from nowhere ever I feel very disrespected as a customer and the facts I had to pay for meals that was supposed to be comp do to bad service was still charged for it this place need to shut down definitely don’t recommend eating here at all

Red Lobster, has changed throughout the years. The flavor of their food has become so commercialized, the food is too salty or no flavor at all.I ordered the southwest shrimp bowl, the lettuce was soggy the shrimp was overcooked. I was so disappointed packed up my food and left.

Omg the wait.... ordered our food over an hour later still waiting. Did not get to enjoy the all you can eat since it took so long. Not to mention the wait on our drinks. Lobster was good tho. Disappointing since I love eating at red lobster.
