**Fantastic Party Experience!**

I hosted a party at Shakey's on the night of June 28, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was! The employees were phenomenal, providing outstanding service throughout the evening. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The ambiance was perfect for our gathering, and the food was delicious as always. Everyone had a great time, and I highly recommend Shakey's for anyone looking to host a memorable event. Thank you, Shakey's team, for making my party a huge success!

It was good tasting pizza, but it didn't meet my nostalgic flavor from my childhood

It was a night crew Monday nigh 7/14/25 hey Branna and Crew everyone there was polite kind friendly customer service skills was great. The food was delicious fresh hot and prepared after ordering the place was clean organized and well put together. Sorry I don’t have a picture of this. The food was so delicious. I start eating before I take a picture next time I will be back. Thank you night Crew.

Disappointed by the Policy, Not the Food

We recently ate in at Shakey’s and were surprised by a frustrating policy: you can’t buy their giant cookie unless you also purchase a large pizza. We had already ordered food and spent more than the cost of a large pizza, yet they still refused to let us buy the cookie on its own. It doesn’t make sense—especially when you’re dining in and clearly supporting the business.

The food was fine, but this kind of rigid upselling policy really took away from the experience. We left disappointed, not because of the cookie, but because of how little flexibility or common sense was shown. Definitely reconsidering coming back.

Here on a Monday night by random and upon arrival learned there was a football/cheer fundraiser going on. Walked in to tons of noise from extremely energetic kids. I thought the night would be rough as far as service and atmosphere. Fortunately, the staff doesn’t seem like they just served a super large group of really rough people. Everyone is so sweet. Everyone is quick to help. Our food came out quickly and tasted as good as I remember. The young lady holding down the- at this point very wild- arcade area is a prototype of ultimate patience. She helped us redeem some old tickets so my kids could get some cool little trinkets. I’m so moved and impressed by the good vibes of the staff.I was able to tune out the screaming kids after a few minutes, enjoy the Dodgers, let my kids play and feel a pleasantly surprising sense of peace.

New to the area. Order was wrong . Every time I tried to get someone’s attention they purposely ignore you or say just a second and never come back to you .

I haven't been here for over 35 years. Went here to see if it was the same. They don't have rouqfort dressing no more. Their salads are great and pizza the same.

It has happened to me that people have been upset or stressed because their order has not arrived on time but what they don't think about: What days of events, concerts, football matches or birthdays we have more people And we have more orders piling up, also understand that our work team we do everything possible to get your order out on time But it is also not fair that they barely order and in less than 15 minutes they are already wanting their pizza knowing that we have orders before them sometimes it is nice that customers thank us for everything It was good, excellent service, that makes me think that people had time and patience in taking their order knowing that we have more
orders before them. What I like most is that they take their time, not like other people who are no longer rushing around, annoyed or angry, about what time their order comes out.
They have been knowing for more than half an hour that they barely ordered their pizza But in my mind I think that because they didn't order at Domino's or at Little Caesars Since they already have it Ready hahaha no but seriously also understand that we are busy sometimes, mostly we do everything possible to solve your problem and have the order lists so that when you cross the door of the restaurant you leave with the desire to return again with family or friends.

Crowded. It was ok for after game. It was pricey for pizza. The buffet was ok. I ate wings and salad. Overall experience good for Shaky it was very clean and the employees welcoming. The food that I ate tastes good it wasn’t a lot I was interested in eating.

Parking: It was crowded but we did find a parking spot

Last time I was here was 8 yrs ago, we used to bring our kids quite often, came back once more and not much has changed, pizza still taste good and they try to take your order quickly when they are busy. They have multiple TVs on showing sports at all time.

As a kid, Shakey's was the spot after a sports game victory. We'd celebrate with the entire team with pizza, mojo potatoes, fried chicken, and tokens. Still good all these years later. Nevertheless, don't waste your money on the games. 3 games were not working and 2 took my money.
