It was a night crew Monday nigh 7/14/25 hey Branna and Crew everyone there was polite kind friendly customer service skills was great. The food was delicious fresh hot and prepared after ordering the place was clean organized and well put together. Sorry I don’t have a picture of this. The food was so delicious. I start eating before I take a picture next time I will be back. Thank you night Crew.

Here on a Monday night by random and upon arrival learned there was a football/cheer fundraiser going on. Walked in to tons of noise from extremely energetic kids. I thought the night would be rough as far as service and atmosphere. Fortunately, the staff doesn’t seem like they just served a super large group of really rough people. Everyone is so sweet. I hosted a party at Shakey's on the night of June 28, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was! The employees were phenomenal, providing outstanding service throughout the evening. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
