I ordered a drink with light ice, they tell me is extra, i sau its fine then, proceed to fill the cup with ice. I asked for my money back the person didnt even apologize.

This morning, the woman behind the counter greeted my attempt to place an order as though I had personally insulted her ancestors. The sheer disdain radiating from her could have curdled milk.

One lady working today was rude and unhelpful. Made my order wrong and just had a terrible attitude in general. When the drink was ready she pushed it on the table and walked away all aggressively. Horrible service and incorrect product.

Seriously the worst Starbucks ever. They always forget to give you the food until you remind them. The drinks are always so plain.

These baristas at this location have some of the worst customer service I have experienced. They did not even attempt to greet me I waited patiently for 5 minutes while they talked to each other and made samples both baristas made eye contact with me and pretended not to see me standing there. On literally walk right in front of me then turned her fat back to me. Absolutely terrible Management needs to do better. I left so displeased I didn’t even order because of this treatment and when I was saying excuse me they even ignored that. This is my first time at this location and will be my last.

I went to this Starbucks and ordered a regular cup of coffee and requested for it to be have decaf and half caffeine.
The person who took the order did it with no issue. This is something I have ordered many times at Starbucks.
When I arrived at the window to pick up my drink and confirmed that my coffee was half decaf the women at the window snapped at me saying “We don’t do that!” I said but you just took my order to which she snapped “I didn’t take your order & We don’t do that!”
She immediately proceeded to shut the drive thru window on me.
Since when does Starbucks not customize drinks? Especially such a simple drink like a basic coffee ?
Went To This Starbucks this morning ordered a grande oat milk chai and she was very rude to me. When I got to the line I could barely hear her saying how can I help you so I asked her to speak up and she had a real nasty attitude. She’s working in the front right now really can’t describe her but I’m gonna ask for her name so I can go ahead and report her because she has a really nasty attitude and I don’t think she should be working at this Starbucks.

My bf and I decided to order starbucks while shopping at vons. We went in the line and have been waiting and standing there for almost 15mins. DAISY never acknowledged us. On top of that. There was an Asian lady that has been waiting there before us. ( I am Asian too) So, this lady finally asked if she wanted to just take our order and then we’ll come back to get it because she was busy talking to the other customer that ordered two drinks. She said “ I AM MAKING HER ORDER SO YOU CAN JUST WAIT THERE “ She never once said “ I’ll be right with you “ I worked at fast food and we never treat customers like how she did us. Her and the African American lady has been chitchatting for about 10-15mins. What got me more upset was while she was doing our drink there’s an African American lady that was at the register waiting to order. She then said to her “ Hi, i’ll be right with you “ She made me feel like she was racist and that is unacceptable. I hate racism and to me DAISY should be fired that is unacceptable. To better DAISY.
