I placed my order with oatmeal, and they gave me regular milk. The cashier's attitude was very rude, and they wouldn't do what you told them to. Bad service! 😡

Do not expect any sort of quality customer service at this location.
If you absolutely need to stop here do as I do and Treat it like a pit stop where you only stop by default and not by choice.

Came here to grab a strawberry lemonade. Asked Lyn for "LITE ICE" she told me at this location inside of VONS they charge for "LITE ICE". I thought she was playing a joke. But for sure, she was dead ass serious. I've never heard of being charged for "LITE ICE", Did I miss something?

Sometimes the store isn't open when they are supposed to be, and I have received wrong drink after wrong drink, to the point where I drive further to a different location just so I can be confident I'll get the drink I ordered. Poor!
Used drive thru, long line, very long, service was a bit slow.

I arrived sometime around 12 noon-ish. I placed an order for two lattes with whole milk and two pumpkin muffins and a black Americano. The two lattes tasted like water and the guy who took my order did not ask for my name and the woman who replaced him Lynn she has zero customer experience zero absolutely zero. The two lattes tasted like water so I wish I could give this Starbucks zero unfortunately I have to give one star it deserves zero and Lynn should be fired she gave me a horrendous attitude, as if it’s my problem that the guy didn’t get my ask for.

I'm done with Starbucks. They don't negotiate with workers who want to unionize. I'll make my Peet's coffee at home.

Maybe she was a stressed. But something clearly wasn't right. Those of us who frequent coffee shops have few expectations. 1). A pleasant atmosphere. 2). Fare prices. 3). A friendly or professional staff. 4). Free WiFi. 5). Above average and nice coffee varieties. 6). And 7, a restroom that's kept clean for use. For those of us who find ourselves in and around a neighborhood where many individuals can be classified as disinfrachised, The Starbucks on Manchester in Inglewood no doubt has it's challenges. Patrons can't go inside it's only walk-ups or drive through. And, we get it. It's laid out for grab and go. Though I'm an Angelino I live in The Bay. And, in one of our cities up here the management chose to close a In-and-Out because of riff-raff issues regarding patrons parked vehicles. So, we see. But that's another chapter, in a different book.
I'm posting this review because my order was fumbled. It was a Saturday afternoon and I decided to grab a coffee for myself and Mom. A vente and a grande, both with whole milk, 6 sugars in the vente, 4 in the grande. After waiting about 15 minutes, it's only two patrons ahead of me, my order arrived. Later, my Mom complained her grande coffee didn't seem sweet. Okay my bad. I should've ask for extra sweeteners. But the kicker was my vente. I noticed my car cupholders had a decent amount of coffee in them though I've yet to enjoy the coffee. I guess it came from the coffee I placed there. I don't recall either coffee's being 'topped off.' Aware of this now, I promptly drove to a curb and poured it out.
She even double cupped my order. Still, what I remember most was thanking her for my order, to no response.
Follow Angelinos and Inglewoodites, shouldn't one's coffee experience be nice? Most times this is how we start our day! With a coffee beverage. Some may choose to drive a little further towards Sepulveda, or to Culver City, Westchester, Downtown LA near the USC campus, or one of LA's many pleasant beach communities. In these locations, they'll likely get your orders right with an improved attitude and you can chill inside, use their Wi-Fi - maybe - and have accessible restrooms, in a pleasant atmosphere. Is that too much to ask?

My favorite Starbucks in the area. They know how to make a good crafted specialty coffee. And they are always pleasant.
