I really like Starbucks but lately it's getting to be a little annoying. I order my Caramel Frapp with extra caramel drizzle to line the cup and I also let them know that I love the caramel, so what do they do. They pour just a little on the sides, guess what, no tip everytime they do this to me but when they hook it up I give them at least a $5 note, not anymore.

This is the first time I run into a Starbucks that doesn't allow you to use their restroom, even if you are a paying customer. Bathroom is right there and even though I placed my order and then asked to use the restroom they declined, but then said you can go to the laundromat across the street. Really starbucks???? That's ridiculous

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences on I’ve ever had at this Starbucks this past Tuesday. I pulled slightly past the order speaker, as I was distracted by my child…but it was still directly in front of my car. I kept saying “hello” several times and got no response. I waited, and kept repeating hello, until I could no longer see cars in front of me. I assumed the speaker might be broken and drove up to the window.

The guy at the window immediately told me I had driven past the mic and that he was already helping the next customer…which I could clearly see wasn’t true, as no one was being helped at that moment. I even was making eye contact with the car behind me. I explained I had been waiting and saying hello with no reply, but instead of helping me, he rudely told me I had to drive all the way back around and wait in line again.

No apology, no understanding, just attitude. This kind of treatment is exactly why people are fed up with today’s customer service. It costs nothing to be polite, and clearly that’s been lost here. We will take our business elsewhere.

This Starbucks is one of the worst I have visited. Management is horrible as well as staff.

Do not come here! You will be waiting at least 15-20min. Specially if they dont have a full staff which happens frequently. You will only be able to go thru thr drive thru area.

As for the drinks they are a hit and miss. Very rude customers service. I would suggest to clean house and get all new people. Something is terribly wrong with this location.

How is it I ordered a kids Temp & repeat exactly what I ordered to make sure . They still get it wrong. It’s scorching hot! I had to go to a gas station just to get cold milk.

I ordered a venti ice coffee, I got hot coffee when I kindly asked the gentleman to change it his attitude and face expressions was so rude and he changed to ice coffee but it was all cream which he made it purposely. Then again I ask the lady to provide me with what I ordered which she asisted me. Bro if you are tired u can’t work dont work just go home why u making customers days worsen by your rudeness.

I placed my order with oatmeal, and they gave me regular milk. The cashier's attitude was very rude, and they wouldn't do what you told them to. Bad service! 😡

If you absolutely need to stop here do as I do and Treat it like a pit stop where you only stop by default and not by choice.

Came here to grab a strawberry lemonade. Asked Lyn for "LITE ICE" she told me at this location inside of VONS they charge for "LITE ICE". I thought she was playing a joke. But for sure, she was dead ass serious. I've never heard of being charged for "LITE ICE", Did I miss something?

Sometimes the store isn't open when they are supposed to be, and I have received wrong drink after wrong drink, to the point where I drive further to a different location just so I can be confident I'll get the drink I ordered. Poor!
