Grande hot mocha no whip no foam salted caramel cold foam me plz ??? but the blk girl on Centinela and La Brea has a very bad attitude and she works in the drive-through. I literally have to go inside just so I don’t come in contact with her and ruin my day.

Today was the second time I ordered an iced matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and they gave it to me with almost no cold foam.

I went with my good brother from church earlier morning

I've been coming here for over 3 months now since I'm new to the community. It's good to see a great sense of humor when I drive by the window to get my order by barrister jossie( I think that's her name). It's definitely worth driving to get my drink and being greeted by her and her sense of humor. Occasionally cracks a funny joke and definitely knows how to input my order and correct it when necessary. Won't stop coming! ?

Horrible attitudes. Messed up order, blamed us and then didn’t give us messed up order, just threw it away. My Starbucks will give you both if they clearly mess up your order. Kanye shrug! Oh well

Years of stopping at this location for my morning coffee. This week the first one was awful complete with a burned coffee taste. So I drove back asked for a redo. The lid on drink #2 wasn't on tight, it spilled. Drove back for drink #3 shared what happened offered to pay. She responded the lid was on tight. I watched her put it on. You did? You had time to watch her put the lid on specifically my cup of coffee? So you calling me a liar? Why would I lie? Why would I drive back to be called a liar to my face? This is the new generation of customer service. It's no joke!

Typical Starbucks. Some seating, but fairly limited. They did have working power outlets!

Starbucks baristas are the best, every single one I go to I'm always greeted with awesome greeting and with a smile. I try and leave them a tip everytime because they deserve it just like the rest and more.
