We had a terrible experience at this Starbucks; it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. The baristas had a very bad attitude. If they don't like their job, they should quit; someone else will do it better.

I do have to say I enjoy this Starbucks, the workers are very kind and there’s rarely anytime my drink is bad. But there’s certain things that I don’t like. I see a lot of the workers working very hard and I could tell they are overwhelmed especially around the middle of the day to night and sometimes the mornings. I do want to say the manager Curtis is very loud and obnoxious to them. I’ve been coming here for a while and I hear the way he speaks to them, very passive aggressive and they just take it. It’s honestly alarming and weird. I hope whatever he is dealing with outside of work gets solved because bringing that energy into a work place is highly disruptive and he need to be retrained on how to speak to people, especially the ones who work under him.

Had to order a drink to go. There are no chairs or tables inside the establishment for paying customers. I am guessing that is due to the homeless situation around the shopping center. However I did check the restaurants and other business in the shopping center and they had at least chairs.

The food is great. It’s always hot and never burned or uncooked. The staff always has great customer service. The problem is the drinks! I don’t know who taught these people how to make drinks but every time I come here my drink taste horrible and it never taste the same even though I always order the same drink from every Starbucks. But the Starbucks closer to the airport gets my drink right each and every time. My sister has said the same thing about this place. Now I have to waste money by throwing this drink away and going to another location because it tastes like they put 1 pump of chai and ice and water only in my drink. This is disgusting. It’s not a complicated drink at all.

My experience was horrible today I entered Starbucks and went to get in line. Theirs was 6 girls their only two of them were busy making drinks while the others were just their standing and talking. They saw me standing in line not one of them welcomed me or decided to take my order. I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order. This girl came foward to the register but yet was still talking to other girl not acknowledging me. So I simply decided to leave. Horrible service coming from Starbucks.!

Even though there's no dine-in option, I have to say the service & moral is TOP TIER! The employees are very professional & have exceptional customer service (and I've only been to this location twice). Keep it up!💚💚💚

I recently got a coffee and a bacon wrap, the bacon when I started eating it was disgusting in parts frozen I think the workers should have common sense and deliver the food prepared for consumption thank you very much

When I aske for the code to the bathroom, the cashier said "we don't have any public restrooms". This is the only Starbucks I've been to that doesn't have e restroom. On the way out you can clearly see two doors with combos on them. Both have been marked "employees only", maybe they just don't want to clean the restrooms for customers.
