I ordered ahead. I was greeted when I v walked in. Drinks were ready when I arrived. Barista was pleasant when I requested an extra cup of ice. Often times they are not happy to do anything extra on mobile orders. Will definitely visit this location again!
One of the girls was extremely rude in the drive thru , her name was Chardon or something, but the only reason I’m giving a good review is becausw the supervisor Jay was extremely kind and turned my terrible experience into an amazing one. He was extremely kind and apologetic, he deserves a raise, he went above and beyond .
