Went to this location this evening to pickup an order I placed on my phone. Stood there for over 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. Finally I taped on the windows still nothing. Employees walking back and forth, taking stuff to the back & still ignoring me. Finally one of them was taking out the trash & i asked if they were closed. He comes back in & tells me I must be at the wrong place because they don't have an order for me. I show him the receipt on my phone then he tells me oh our printer is not working. So now I have to wait even longer after I already pre-ordered. I frequent this location because it's close by my house. But after being disrespected like this I will not be returning.

I visit this Starbucks several times a week and I’m always impressed with the level of service here. The team works so smoothly, and even when it’s busy they stay friendly and calm. My drinks are always accurate, and I really appreciate how cleaner it’s been in the past months. The whole store feels well-managed and you can see the pride the team takes in their work. Easily one of the best-run Starbucks locations in the Los Angeles area.

Stop building drive thru-only starbucks that people cant go into. Just stop.
This starbucks is also horribly situated. 5 roads converge here but you can only get in coming from the northeast side of the intersection. Its just a mess. Move it back to the other side of the street and have seating.

I just wanna say whoever makes the oatmeal here does an amazing job. Other locations leave it super dry but this spot, the workers add enough milk to have a delicious oatmeal for breakfast. Drinks are perfection. Thank you 😌

This Starbucks is your typical location with all the usual drinks you expect. It has a drive-thru, which keeps it busy due to heavy traffic at the intersection. I’ve only had coffee here, and it’s reliable if you need a quick caffeine fix. Convenient if you’re nearby, but not worth going out of your way for.
