I usually come to this location and have a positive experience. However, as of lately, it seems like the manager is hiring lazy youths that don’t care about the wellbeing or lives of others. I just came from this Starbucks and ordered a croissant and strawberry açai from an Hispanic girl at the window. Instead I received an acai and a seemingly tampered croissant. What’s up with this? It has hair on it and looks like it was cut. Where is the other half of the croissant? Where is this hair from? Why is there dirt on the other end of the croissant? Don’t worry about it. We won’t be back. I’ll find another loyal Starbucks to put my money into.
Also, me and my fiancé came once and had two black males stare at us and laugh at the window as we were receiving our order. What in the high school is going on here? Hire people that want to work. Not those that are looking to make a quick buck until they get their next gig. Do better.
Parking: Not a lot of parking…the lot is too small. Serves better as a drive thru.

This location will have you order a drink, pay for it, then serve you the wrong one. Got a medicine ball the other night which comes with peach tea and jade citrus mint. Instead I get nothing but two chamomile tea bags. The tea bag and the label were both inside the hot beverage so I could not tell till I got home. If you all don't have the proper ingredients then don't waste people's money. I don't like the deception. This is not what I asked for.

I try to avoid this location because the most rude and lazy employees work at this Starbucks. You’ll come and get ignored whether it’s in the drive thru or at the walk up window. When they finally do come to help you they act like you are bothering them. Today 8/8/2024 I came to the drive thru at 3:30, and sadly when I didn’t get greeted I wasn’t surprised so I just waited. For several minutes no one came so I said hello, no response. More minutes and another hello, no response. I drive up to the window and still no one helps. Management needs to address this because they are losing money and customers.
