The gal at the walk up window on Sat 7/26/25 late afternoon needs a lesson on customer service. Here's a tip, leave the attitude at home. I ordered a drink not an attitude. I'm a GOLD member w/ Starbucks and this is the treatment I get for no reason. Maybe it's time I frequent Philz Coffee.

I paid extra for extra pumps of white mocha sauce and I didn’t get any extra pumps. My drink wasn’t even filled up to the top. AND no whipped cream. So annoying thanks for nothing Inglewood Starbucks. F.

I don’t usually leave reviews for coffee shops, but my interaction with Isaac at this Starbucks truly stood out. His energy was warm and uplifting—he greeted me with a genuine smile, asked about my day, and just radiated positivity. It honestly brightened my mood more than the coffee! Shoutout to Isaac for making a simple coffee run feel like a bright spot in my day.

I showed up early in the morning on a Sunday, and the people working couldn't open the window to ask for my order. They do not know what a regular coffee is, and they also do not do refills even though i was using a Starbucks mug. Folks were demeaning, and service was horrendous. I promise never to come back to this place!

Hey, Starbucks groupie & Inglewood resident here. I've had my shared of drive-thru and mobile pickup orders on a weekly basis with many of the Starbucks in the Inglewood area. This is my two-cents and a nickel on this location. Let's jump right into this review.
This location is one block from Manchester & Prairie - stand alone location. KIA Forum and Sizzler up the street.
Drinks (my usuals) Venti strawberry acaí with lemonade, no strawberries, add peach juice Venti green tea with water, add 2 splendas, sometimes I substitute water for lemonade Grande Hot Chocolate w/ extra whipped cream, with a splash of vanilla syrup - kids temp :)
Things to know: - Drive-thru and a walk-up window only. There are no tables or chairs available.
- Private lot with parking spaces.
- I usually place a mobile order and have limited interactions with employees but my interactions have been friendly when I have interacted. I'm always greeted with a - How's your day/evening going?
- I have learned that the refreshers/teas taste varies by location. I do wish there was consistency. Flavor is a hit and miss from time to time. The green tea at this location isn't my preference.
- Mobile order time estimate is accurate
