After a long day at work came to grab some burgers, but was met with nasty attitudes from the young ladies taking orders. They then began to take orders from cars behind us, the young lady then called her manager or co worker to come out and take our order. When he walked up she started speaking in Spanish, not knowing I speak Spanish as well. If you can’t handle working with black people maybe you should get another job. 1/30/26 7:35pm.

They Always get the order WRONG … Burgers are good if they get the order right … I spent 35 today couldn’t eat the burger to much mayo and mustard … And I begged them to make it light as I Always do … And they piled more on …. IT WAS DISGUSTING ….

Came to Storm Burger for Onion Rings & Vanilla Milkshake.
Customer service was Professional/Friendly when placing my order. You get one complementary sauce (6-8 to choose from) to go with Onion Rings.
Few minutes later, received my order. Onion Rings was crispy (not overcooked) & Vanilla Milkshake was very good.
Again, Customer Service was Professional/Friendly. I highly recommend Storm Burger (Inglewood).

I went to try this because of a post on tiktok. So glad I did. The food was so good and tasted fresh not prepared early but prepared to order. The customer service was impeccable. We ordered the bbq bacon burger, the deluxe chicken sandwich and onion rings. Everything was good we will be going back.

Service- Bought 3 burgers. 1. One classic burger with no onions, with pickles on the side. 2. One classic burger with pickles on the side. One onion rings order. 3. Lightning burger. Combo with fries, and lemonade that tasted like water with a hint of lemon (not enough powder mix?), and was warm (maybe they forgot or was out of ice?) Fries and onion rings had a very good texture and temperature.
EACH burger had the wrong sticker on it. ALL THREE. Basic stuff, guys. Not good to open a burger and everyone bites to find they got the wrong one. Swapping burgers isn’t my thing. Burgers were good/ok, but not great, so if you do return after the first time you’ll be going for price, not taste. Ordered 2 sides of pickles instead of on the burgers, both were forgotten until asking for a side of mayo, then they remembered and gave it. Burgers had a med temp, not hot. Basic burgers. Lemonade again, no ice and tasted like water. But why? So after the first meh experience, if I do return it’ll be only for fries, and onion rings. And only if I’m already in the neighborhood. They have so much room to do better in these basic ways mentioned.
