The place has definitely changed since when I was in high school it was less packed when I came around and the customer service has improved. I would come back again if I was in the area if I want a quick sub. Also Employess should be careful with the lettuce as it spoils quickly on the line, Other than that keep up the great work everyone.

Staff is friendly. Service is good as well. I sometimes order through the app when they have a promotion I like. Well mainly the BOGO. ?
Vegetarian options: You can get either the veggie delite or what I get. The veggie patty.
Parking: They have a share lot. Usually can find a spot. If you can't there is metered parking in the street.

Employee cares more about closing the shop 20 minutes early than putting all the toppings on the sandwiches. I understand your ride is here to pick you up 20 minutes early - they don't have to be laying on the horn. This location has a bad habit of charging $3 for double meat and only giving the regular portion, which happened again. She couldn't even be bothered to use a clean sandwich wrapper. This is a meatball sub. Absolutely 0 dark brown ingredients. What is this nasty stuff?

Good subway. I got #18 Ultimate BMT 6 inch and the price was like $7. Unless most other subways the bread here was fluffy and crispy. The freshness, the service was good. Girls behind the counter were attentive and have a great service. The background music was barely noticeable and dont distract from eating lol. Highly recommended.

I placed an order Togo from my mobile app and when I got there, person who was working refused to make my order and when I asked him nicely to give me a refund, he said no !! Very upset and disappointed with the service this employee provided me. Never going back

I ordered food for delivery & only a portion of my order was delivered I didn't receive my whole order,I've called the merchant no one answers the phone so I walked to subway & they didn't help me at all I will never choose subway ever again & won't recommend to anyone I spent my hard earned money on items not received I'm currently in treatment for cancer I couldn't even take my medication because it must b taken with food.

I was disgusted beyond belief at the lady at the counter. There were two ladies working, Erika, who was not the problem, and the second one whose name I may not be spelling correctly Umilia? I know it starts with a "U." A young black man who was ahead of me already had his sandwich made and was questioning the more than $15 price he was being charged. No drink, no chips, just a sandwich. He was trying to show her something he had on his phone and then also referred to the menu on the wall. I looked and saw the sandwich should have been $7 and change. She immediately said loudly to him, "So you don't want it?" He replied, "Yes, but why is it so much?" He mentioned if it was more because he came in to pick it up. She then said, "It's more because it's toasted! You don't want it, you don't want it?!" And then she tossed the sandwich on a counter behind her and went to serve the next guest. The polite young man just shook his head and walked out. The worst part was that the minute he started to walk away, she began speaking Spanish to Erika (who was also questioning the price), saying, "No one ever complains, only THOSE people!" The rest of us there were all Latinos, so she had to know we could understand what she was saying. Everyone remained silent as she gestured with her head and hands and continued talking about the young man even after he was gone. We knew she was referring to blacks when she said, "THOSE people!" and I was just floored to hear and witness this whole ordeal being that this Subway is in Inglewood close to LAX where I work for a rental car company. This was the most racist thing I have ever seen, which made me sick to my stomach. I decided to pass on the sandwich, ordered soup, and left because I did not even want to sit in that place to eat my lunch. I will never return to this Subway again.....
