Always takes forever to be helped and I try to be understanding but on Nov 15 I walked in 2 guest in front all waited then it was my turn but a man walks in and starts asking cashier for item she completely ignores me and takes him as if I haven't been waiting 15 min and I speak up still she ignores me and continued to help him then she finally assist me all rude and at this point I don't even want to order but my lunch is pretty much gone so I just ordered but I felt her rudeness didn't even try to hide it they need to be better with how they treat guest

I've literally had to walk out 3 time with 1 or 2 people in front of me cause they only ever have 1 person working who does not know how to move quickly and you are waiting 10 mins per person. Horrible

The guy with the beard doesn't know how to get customers, he's very rude. I don't like eating when he's in the store.
The pastrami was extremely fatty. Every bite had too much fat.

The food is good, I love the food but the service is terribly slow. Why would you guys have one cashier at a time when customers are coming in??? Seriously give the cashiers a break and have more than one cashier working. Cause you guys are gonna half customers walking out. There were 6 people who walked out. Seriously if you guys want a 5 star from me hire or have more cashiers for a faster service.

This subways sucks ass the employee is unprofessional and rude and doesn’t have a good amount of veggies here idk how they make it thru the day here very bad experience don’t go here at all she pretty much served me whatever she had poor veggies that look soggy the late shift girl

I’m actually being nice with the 1 star but I really want to take this tuna sandwich back and throw it in the face of whoever made it🤬 but I’m pregnant and I’ve been sick in the bed all day I sent my husband however to Subway after having a taste for it and that was a big mistake he came back highly upset because he said after telling the girl more than once how to fix our sandwich’s he still had to have her make it over which she had the nerve to have a attitude about he then said he turned his head for one minute and she was still making it how she wanted to make it smfh at that point he took the sandwiches, paid and just left trying not to cuss her out which I wish he would’ve done because I can’t even eat this BS like it literally has me sick to my stomach WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER visit this location

Don't have wifi workers not helpful with trying to help me get in contact with security so I could find my black Rolling cart with a turquoise luggage bag and 3 big black trash bags full of items on it
Ordered online. Went home opened my sandwich and it was the saddest sandwich i had ever seen. There were no vegetables no sauce it was cold not toasted at all. Went back to the store and the employee was rude and unprofessional.

i just had to leave because they had me standing there for a while after she asked me what my order was and went to help the cashier with a coupon multiple times and when we asked the cashier if she can at least make our sandwiches while the other lady figures it out and she slowly smiles and doesn't even acknowledge us ??

Came to this store at 7:54 yesterday waited at the store for it to open I was informed by Stephane that she had to finish 10 sandwiches before she could help me I hav to be at work informed her that I wanted a 6inch sub she stated that she had to finish this first and I had to wait informed her that it just a 6inch she call he manager Alma who informed her to keep working on the order from what I was informed by Stephane the she called security on me when I asked for store number and corporate she refused to give me the info that was need until the security got their informed her that this is not right and I will be reporting her do not go to this subway they only tend to their own people and no body else they Lost a customer today and revenue for turning me down when I was trying to feed my daughter

Honestly the worst subway I’ve ever been too. Please fix your employees attitude and work ethics, and why are you guys out of everything, it really isn’t convenient.

This isn’t meant to bash the girl working because you could tell she was trying her best but how is there only one employee working on a Saturday afternoon? I waited around 35 minutes to get a sandwich and ended up leaving without one. The employee had to make the orders and ring everyone up and do the mobile orders. There were only 4 people in front of me. When I was next she started doing two mobile orders when they were already there which I understand but then began to work on the rest while I just stood there. I asked her if she was going to work on the next couple of orders she has printed out and said yes, that they were priority and she had to. I told her I had been waiting for 30 minutes and she said she had to so I just had left
