The manager here is a racist. The things he said about me in Spanish was shocking. I guess he thought I was too white to understand. I speak 5 languages fluently including Spanish.Food was prepared incorrectly, and was cold.The manager has been reported to Taco Bell. I have also reported this location to the Health Department.

Usually i go here to get food from the kfc side and it's really good (usually i have no complaints)But tonight, I went to get food from the taco bell sideAnd it seemed like they threw the food togetherI ordered the cheesy, chicken burrito and it seemed as if I was eating a chicken salad burritoFirst, it wasn't even properly wrapped, and there was barely any chicken in itThey put a whole bunch of lettuce and tomatoes in itUsually when I go to other locations, the burrito is fat, the one I had from this location was real thinI could understand if they had a long line, so they had to rush to get the food out but no one was even thereI'm just glad this wasn't my first experience with the burrito because this was really disappointing
This place never disappoints me, I get off of work at 10:30pm so I never have many options on food. I always get fresh food no matter the time (I’ve been here at 11pm closing time.) Not to mention I get fast and friendly service. Don’t let the reviews shine you away, they have improved so much just in the last 2-3 months.

I was eating today Tuesday /15. 10 minutes ago, the cashier had horrible, terrible service, I asked her for a wrap that came with a different meat than ground beef, and she insisted that the Wrap only came with ground beef, I told him no, that I had already ordered it before, and he already told me ahhh it's not meat, it's steak ?♀️, when I had already told him many times, it's supposed to be crunchy and I They gave the soft tortilla, I also asked for a ground beef chalupa and they gave it to me without meat, this woman made something I didn't know The Menu, how is it possible that they have her working there, if their customer service is terrible, we are no longer going to return to that place where they are so horrible, they damaged my day and my meal.
