Usually i go here to get food from the kfc side and it's really good (usually i have no complaints)But tonight, I went to get food from the taco bell sideAnd it seemed like they threw the food togetherI ordered the cheesy, chicken burrito and it seemed as if I was eating a chicken salad burritoFirst, it wasn't even properly wrapped, and there was barely any chicken in itThey put a whole bunch of lettuce and tomatoes in itUsually when I go to other locations, the burrito is fat, the one I had from this location was real thinI could understand if they had a long line, so they had to rush to get the food out but no one was even thereI'm just glad this wasn't my first experience with the burrito because this was really disappointing

This place never disappoints me, I get off of work at 10:30pm so I never have many options on food. I always get fresh food no matter the time (I’ve been here at 11pm closing time.) Not to mention I get fast and friendly service. Don’t let the reviews shine you away, they have improved so much just in the last 2-3 months.

I was eating today Tuesday /15. 10 minutes ago, the cashier was horrible, lousy service, I asked her for a wrap that came with a different meat than ground beef, and she told me that theWrap only came with ground beef, I told him no, that I had already ordered it before, and he already told me ahhh it's not meat, it's steak ?♀️, when I had already told him many times, it's supposed to be crunchy and I They gave the soft tortilla, I also asked for a ground beef chalupa and they gave it to me without meat, this woman pretended she didn't knowThe Menu, how is it possible that they have her working there, if her customer service is lousy, we are not going to return to that place where they are so horrible, they damaged my day and my food.
I do not recommend this place. They charge me 36.00 dollars. For 3 meals less than 10.00 dollars and they didn't give me my order complete. Overcharme and didn't give me my receip. Very disappointed more when you have kids in the car. We won't go back!

When i first got to the speaker they were super rude taking my order saying "what" that is not at all how you speak to a customer. After making me repeat myself over & over they got my order wrong & i would think with the fucked up attitudes they'd get the orders right so we can all just go on with our night but no!!!!! So i go back sit in line for 20 mins just to get wtf i asked for in the first place & before i can look in the bag the girl at the window staring at me like i did something wrong & its her damn fault im back in the first place so i pull off for the 2nd time i reach in my bag & its still fucking wrong but the service was so poor & they just cant comprehend simple instructions that it made me lose my appetite so i didnt even feel like going back & i tried to call & the number doesnt work. As someone who works in fast food customer service this is truly unacceptable. Its one thing to have a stank ass attitude but at least be stank & can comprehend, take a order right & get it correct so the customer doesnt have to come back so many time that the least you can do smh its fucking taco bell its not that hard
