The birria was flavorful, I got it late in the evening, so maybe a second batch, the meat was a little chewy, but not bad. Will try it again during the daytime. The consomé was very very good.

Here's the story, we tried Teddy's when he was just starting, when he had his old truck on the dirt rail road tracks. We were worried expanding would hurt the flavor, dead wrong! This place still has the best Birria! We are from So-Tex. (Southern Texas) Thanks Teddy for keeping the recipes on point!

It's an authentic Mexican birria. It quickly became popular by word of mouth. I too heard about it from my loved one. The tacos are meaty, flavorful, and filling!
