The Buffalo Spot - Inglewood

My experience at this establishment was absolutely terrible, along with the service. I see now why this establishment has only 3 stars. The manager Terry B was unhelpful, unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never had such a dismissive experience in my life. I do not recommend dining at this location, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, the slauson location is way better.

Ordered from grub hub, a "family pack". Don't waste your money. The wings are tiny and they give you less than a single order of fries. Definitely not enough to feed a family. Misrepresentation and overcharging at it's finest

Nicole has to have the worst attitude in customer service I ordered my food online and they said it was DoorDash and was charged for all flats lemon pepper fries and when I got my food nothing was right I was told that I wasn’t charged extra when I was and told I didn’t order when I clearly did ?????? RUN DONT GO

The food was terrible at dislocation my lemon pepper wings taste like it. Have water mixed with them. Disgusting. Never will come back.

The people working here made fun of my mother who doesnt speak English. They were not helpful and seemed annoyed. its sad that people are still racist especially in L.A where it is full of diversity.

The chicken was dry, barely had any sauce on it and the fries were cold and soggy as if they weren’t even cooked! Plus i paid extra for cheese and they didn’t add it to my food.
I had placed pick up order online so they give you your order in a stapled brown bag so once i checked my food it was too late since we had already left.

I definitely do not recommend coming here! Definitely not worth paying over $12 for some frozen/ flavorless chicken and fries.

Yesterday was my first time patronizing here and unfortunately it will be my last. The young lady who took my order her name is Ashley. I didn't like that in the middle of her taking my order, the phone rang. She answered it and began taking a new order on her kiosk. I found that very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even offer an apology after or anything. When ordering a large fry with chicken, she made a big deal about me wanting the chicken on the side instead of on top of the fries. Her response to me was that the chicken comes on top. I know that which is why I'm asking for it to be on the side. I don't know if she needs more training or manners but I won't be back.

Came here for my usual (buffalo fries)(super bomb)... Waited for 25mims for my food, when I went to the counter the young lady says "oh yes it's right there"... My food had been waiting in the window the whole time. So when I received it, it was cold and soggy... Won't be coming back to this location!

Not worth the price. There’s barely any sauce on the meat. Barely flavor! The meat tastes like the bag of frozen Tyson chicken from Walmart. The food looks nothing like the photos.

Not recommended.I came to this Buffalo Spot at 3386 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303, to eat lunch.I ordered Chicken sandwich, combo.The Chicken sandwich was very dried. The burger breads were also dried.The only thing in the sandwich was a very thin slice of lettuce.The sandwich hadn't any tomato slices nor pickles. The sandwich hadn't any sauce either. When I asked for mayonnaise, they haden't any.The amounth of salt in the sandwich was very high. There was a sause with side, which also was very salty!Same sandwich at KFC, Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's and at any other places tastes way better!Will not come back.Not recommended!Here are some photos taken by me.
