Employee refused to acknowledge my husband when he told them he had an app order. They pushed the bag to slide it towards him and then turned around. He asked for the drink we ordered and the employee claimed we didn't have one. He looks at the receipt and said there's no drink. My husband had to physically point to it. The employee then said, "Ok, fine, take this cup." Why? Why be so rude? Was he trying to steal our drink? How many times has he pretended a customer didn't order something? Management acts like they care by using a copy paste response to any negative review, but if they actually cared they would go into the store and see what's been going on.

Editing this old 5 star review down. Over time, service has worsened. Employees act like you are not there or it's a hassle to serve you. Items left off of mobile orders. Got cold fries last 4 orders. Probably won't go back cause the constant cold fries is just something I'm not paying for anymore.

Bugers are juicy.. and fries are great, not your average burger. Their burgers are quite delicious, I purchased the number #2 .the service and staff member were respectful, the place was very clean. I tell all of my friends also my loved ones about Habit as well as my associates, absolutely I would eat there again. I love it there at habit burgers and grill.❣️ ? ? ? ?❣️❣️❣️

I happen to be in the neighborhood and I never eaten at this particular habit restaurant. Very nice people. Clean food is tasty. Atmospheres on point. Traffic is a little heavy in this area so have some patience but the parking lot is favorable. And yes there is a ram for handicap. Sorry no photos I ate

Was there Friday evening 12/29/2023. Just wanted to acknowledge the manager. He was really tuned in: coaching a new worker, pleasantly engaged with customers when needed and had things running smoothly. Got to observe him handle a difficult customer that was trying scam a free meal. The manager handled the situation carefully, not allowing the incident to escalate. Give that guy a raise and a promotion. Btw, the meal was very good too.

The service just suck I placed an order was literally waiting 10 mins in the drive thru for just a Caesar salad. I ask the manager Sergio what was the reason for the hold and he said we opened up 45 mins ago. I like What the fuck! I told him I'll be drafting a review and his response was yea whatever. The salad I ordered was soggy and they failed to put any utensils in the bag. It fathoms me how these stores and franchises thrive with such poor quality food and service.
