Security at the front told us only 30 more minutes so we hurried inside, Bartender looked so bothered she had another customer. Worst customer service experience. We don't have too many bars around town so I had high hopes but take your business elsewhere. By the other reviews looks like I'm not the only one with a bad experience

Probably the nicest establishment in Inglewood. I came here with my cousin about a week ago and we were pleasantly surprised. The brisket and the ribs have a very good flavor to them and the sides, the potato salad, and the macaroni salad, or my favorites. We went just as they opened for lunch, and the service was a little slow and I see in the reviews that that is a trend. Not a big problem though. I wasn't in a hurry. This place is definitely worth a try.

Wasn’t what I was expecting over priced for nothing, the waitress service could’ve been better seem like they didn’t want to engage with us at all talking among themselves gave us our food with no utensils ? literally had to ask for them minutes later and the restaurant was empty. To top it off my bf finished his meal and I didn’t receive mines until he was done. Not sure what’s going on with this place but need some improvements I can see the potential this place has but today was a lost for me.

I have tried the wood 3xs now and each the food is delicious but the quality portions are poor and over priced at least get bigger containers for the sides maybe the customers will be a little satisfied over all the food is good my only complaint is the small portions for the amount of money I paid I disappointed about that...

Tried The Wood today. Ribs, Greens, Mac and Cheese with beautifully buttered corn muffins. Nothing to drink for me but water in a glass with ice and a squeeze of lemon. Great service. My waitress very pleasant and attentive. It was a bit pricey based on taste. Basically it was alright. Nice location and setup. Very nice location. Security as a means to find out what I wanted - take out, inside, outside or snoop. Glad I tried it.

Food is really good service is good and the place is small BUT comfortable. It is a small place with big comfy seating and big TVs makes you want to sit and stay a while. The drinks were a tad on the weak side. Definitely will be back again.

We ordered delivery via Doordash and the food was delicious! The Half Pound Brisket and Half Pound Rib Tips were well seasoned, not dry, and packaged well. The meat was drenched in a tasty bbq sauce. For the sides, we got the Medium Greens w/ Turkey and Medium Mac n Cheese. Both were very tasty! My only concern was the proportion of the sides; the size is probably considered a small by most restaurants, so I'd recommend ordering twice the amount if you truly expected a medium size.
