These are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. Not overly sweet but sweet , moist, fluffy, really good cupcakes. I ordered chocolate, banana, and cookies and cream. This is the only place I’ll order cupcakes from

Cupcakes are fire! My five year old closes her eyes and smiles as she eats a cupcake from this establishment. We come from Long Beach so she gets so excited when we're in the area, definitely a must.

STOP USING DOORDASH FOR YOUR DELIVERIES! NO ONE WANTS TO DRIVE 80+ MILES DROPPING OFF 6 ORDERS FOR ONLY $30! I KEEP GETTING THESE LONG DISTANCE ORDERS FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVERY 5 MINUTES! EACH TIME ITS AN OUTRAGEOUS DISTANCE WITH SO MANY DROP OFFS! WE AS DASHERS SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE PENALIZED BECAUSE WE DO NOT WANT TO PICK UP FROM HERE! FIGURE OUT SOMETHING ELSE!

The ice cream is usually on point but today it was so nasty that I could not eat it. The ice cream tasted like spoiled eggs??. I tried to call and leave a message to let them know that they needed to taste their ice cream because they're having a quality control issue. I couldn't t even leave a message with them because thier answering service says not to leave a message the line is unmanned. Poor customer service! It is so sad that we live in a day that you can't even call businesses to speak with somebody or even leave a message to make a complaint or give a compliment. I would have not left a bad review if I could have spoken to someone just to let them know that they needed to taste their ice cream.

I am trying to get in touch with the store. I received a DoorDash notification that an order for JoAnna was returned to store today August 11th. It is my best friends birthday and she didn't place the order and doesn't know who did. Door dash said they couldn't get in touch with you the vendor and there is nothing they can do. Will someone please follow up with us to make this right? Thank you in advance.Follow up- it's august 28th and I haven't heard from the business

Other than ordering cupcakes one time from here via a food delivery app, today was my first experience with this establishment. My mom heard that there was a new Q/S in Inglewood, and told me about it while I was on my way back home, trying to decide on our lunch. I was nearby when she mentioned the location and decided to try it to see if this reincarnation truly brought back the taste of the Q/S of my youth. Here we go....First off, during the entire wait, music BLARED from the speaker posted in the corner of the small indoor space. And guess who had the honor of sitting literal inches away from said speaker. ‍And let's talk about that music: Jacquees- T-Shirt and Panties. Yung Holiday-When We F***. BLARING. Unedited. Uncut. Raw. Top-shelf raunch. In a cupcake shop that is also selling classic, old-school, hood hamburger stand food. Like, why?!And then, the wait was insane. I was there for the better part of a whole hour. I know my wait hit 50 minutes. Food delivery drivers were actually sweating it out and trying not to cancel hungry folks' orders. Patrons like me were doing our best to stick it out for a taste of yesteryear and to support a Black business. They made it difficult, though. The complete lack of back-of-house organization to push out orders in a timely fashion is a problem. The blaring music in a small indoor space is a problem. The pornographic lyrics of said blaring music is a problem. You like your music loud? Play it like that at home. Your customers--especially when you make them wait for close to an hour--may be irritated beyond words by that level of noise. They might just decide that cupcakes and Q/S are not worth the lack of respect for their time and ear drums.Customers may also be a-okay with adult, bedroom music, but they may prefer to keep bedroom music at the house and not in their fave food establishments. The interesting part of all this was the workers who would come to announce ticket orders in a near whisper and then grow frustrated when no one could hear them. And do you know they still NEVER made a move to cut the doggone music down? Like, really?!Listen--I want this place to make it. I really do. I'd love to see it. I spent just under $45 today. I want to be a fan. I also want the owners to make the experience about the customer and not about them. Study successful restaurants to see how they organize operations to prepare food and push orders out quickly. If people want to wait an hour to eat, they can go to a restaurant or cook at home. Turn the damn music down and be mindful of what you play. Everyone who visits may not have your taste in music, and think about elders and kids, for goodness' sake. It's a neighborhood CUPCAKE SHOP. Had I brought kids with me, I'd have had to cancel my order. Again, I want these good folks to make it and to enjoy major success. The food is good, and people are excited to have Q/S in operation once again. But what I just experienced makes me wonder if the owners will see the light before all their would-be repeat customers get turned off and decide to just stay away.
