7 years since I’ve been in town and I’m craving the tuna. For $8.97 I got a salad and some chipotle sauce on a bagel y’all😅😩 I’m hungry and the sandwich is too. Where in the world is the tuna😳 never again…should have stuck to the location I know cause y’all did me wrong 😑 I’m giving 2 stars because the canned soda is alright and the donut may be good.

Coffee is below quality in my opinion.. other love it.. for me, its too light as if they were cheap on the amount of coffee for the brew. I barely put a splash of creamer and my coffee looks like milk.. very light, I know cheap people do this to save on coffee.

Horrible experience twice at this location. They are rude, dismissive and says racial comments in Spanish and jokes about it. Two ladies and a guy. I order a BLTCC with a Strawberry smoothie each time I came to the restaurant. Mind you the sandwich only consists of bacon lettuce tomatoes and cream cheese. First time I ordered, I pointed and explained clearly. They put onions, guacamole, and cut it in 4’s(odd) I call and they say they can’t do anything, so I ended up driving back to the store. And they still never fixed my order correctly when it’s on the board. Second time, which is today I go in and service is awful. It’s about 2 people sitting and one waiting. As i am about to order the lady tells him in Spanish “I’m a complaining customer” he laughs and continues to take my order. I tell him the order and I repeated the order. He act like he was writing it down. 5mins go by the continue to ask do I want onions and etc stuff on my food and I’m explaining that if I didn’t ask for this why would I want it. So 15mins has passed and more people has entered and exited the store with hand made sandwiches and mines still not done. Even my milkshake melted. My food still isn’t done and they are talking in Spanish “make her wait”. So I left the store and the food on the counter.

I placed order for pick up. Repeated the order to the lady 3x and they got it wrong still. Their croissants are hella hard & crusty they over toast the bread makes a mess soon as you unwrap it. I also paid $32 for 4 croissants which is wild bc the other location is cheaper. Take your business to a small donut shop instead.

This winchells has lowkey saved my life i work mornings in hawthorne nearby and without the gigantic iced coffee they give you I'd be extremely cooked so shoutout to you winchells

Today I went for a coffee and I met with my wife because we like that place and the kindness of the people who serve us. But on another occasion and today I was touched by a person who was not very pleasant, a lady with a very arrogant attitude. I tried to be very nice to her but she didn't even say thank you, and besides, the vego came whole and the bread wasn't crispy. bad service with the lady
