Got a pastrami sandwich on a croissant instead of bagel, asked for the pastrami to be extra crispy! It was bussinnnnn I also got a maple bar donut. My hg ordered a turkey croissant, hot chocolate & cream donut. the employer lady here was sweet and fast with our order.

Cashier plays like he doesn't speak English during a simple transaction all while his body language says it's terribly inconvenient to serve your type. I speak in Spanish. Now he doesn't understand his own language. He rings up my order and pronunciation is flawless. Well. Well. Terrible. Bigots always mess my appetite up. Never trust a bigot with your food.

Cashier Stephanie S is the reason I'm switching to different locations. She never greets, always has a funky attitude, doesn't even make eye contact and overtalks the customers. Please retrain this employee I'm sure she has pushed a lot of customers away, because I have had several interactions with her up to today where I was completely thrown of by her customer service. She over charged me and I tried explaining & yet again overtalked me saying it was correct then snatched the receipt like oh and give me my change without apologizing or speaking for that matter.
The service is great, the food especially the ham and cheese bagel with avocado was a delite.

This is a new review of an old spot. I recently visited this place and found it much better. The donuts were fresh, the sandwiches were better, the mochas were tastier. Even the donut holes were bigger and fresher. There's still a slight issue with waiting at the counter for a few minutes before being served but I'm guessing they were probably preparing for the afternoon rush.
