.ood and service are good. Unfortunately the atmosphere has declined It use to be a place where neighbors sat outside and leisurely had coffee and donuts. Now it's kind of get in and get out. Some suspect folks. They should form some sort of relationship with the school Warren Lane and offer discount to IPD to make it a more welcoming atmosphere. Also make it more attractive to families with children.
The lady serving the donuts did not wear gloves. Three employees had a difficult time managing the line of customers; going from one to a different customer answering questions, not completing an order (instead of concentrating on the person in-turn).A donut was missing from my bag.
The place makes you feel very calm, it is very quiet and relaxed, you can enjoy the food inside, it has an unusual schedule in relation to the other Winchell's, they start at 2 in the morning and close at 5 in the afternoon, whenever I have come to look for my croson. There is only one worker...She is bilingual Hispanic and is very professional in preparing the products that you order and she is very fast, she can quickly attend to a line of people waiting. Her name is Jailine...
