The reason why I am giving this place 1 star because I ordered something yesterday online decided I didn't want they took the payment off my card called 17 time no one answer I didn't come pick so Wingstop needed give me my refund bad service

Whole experience was horrible.. for starters I called in to make my order. I had to sit on the phone because for one I'm at work making this call(limited texting) plus I had a question. I waited 6mins for someone to answer👀. I make the order and the lady said it would take 20mins. I agree and wait the 20mins trying to time it right so I could enjoy my meal before I had to be back at work. I set the timer for 20 minutes. I'm about a mile and a half away. After 20 minutes are up. I use the restroom then go clock out. That's another 5mins.. I head over. There's a few people in line ahead of me. By this time 45 minutes had elapsed. The young man at the cash register was inexperienced and slow.. I waited around another 10 minutes. I watched guy that was in line ahead of me order and get his food in the time I waited Then I decided to tell them it's okay I have to be back to work.. I got back to work with 3mins to clock in and NO food.. lunch ruined thanks guys 👍🏾

The food was scrumptious; the fries were hot and the portions were top tier 🤭.
I didn't like the fact all the tables were dirty. I ask to have a table cleaned and was offered paper towels! What!? I don't work here, please do better.
Other than that, the food was good.

Yamete was extremely disrespectful and walked away when asked a question. Not an employee I would want talking to customers, especially after spending 100 dollars plus. I would avoid this store at all costs. Worst Wingstop experience thanks to yamete.

I ordered 30 wings and waited for over an hour. They didn't give me the food and I had to ask for my money back. They weren't able to help us. There were Uber orders that also took ages to wait. The service is terrible, the staff is just laughing and chatting, and they don't take the orders. The person in charge, instead of helping us or giving us a solution, was laughing in our faces.

The service was absolutely terrible. The whole experience was a disaster. I ordered online for my friends and I and it took around 40 minutes to get my food. The food was ready in about 25 minutes, but the guy who called my name gave me a dirty look and ignored me. We weren’t given our drinks that we bought or our ranch. I wasn’t given the correct drink size and when my friend asked for the ranch the worker completely ignored her. My other friend and I went and asked for ranch and the worker was very rude and scoffed at us multiple times when all we were asking for is ranch. The place was disgusting and the bathrooms smelled horrid. There were no trash cans in the building and outside the trash cans were filled. Very inconvenient.

ONLINE ORDER ONLY ! i was waiting for my order over 30 minutes at 1:00 today but i did not receive it. i tried canceling my order but the employees didn’t put enough effort to help me cancel my order and receive my refund. the employees were very unprofessional. i also spent about $24 which was a waste of money and my time having to wait longer than 30 minutes for my order to be ready.
