ONLINE ORDER ONLY ! i was waiting for my order over 30 minutes at 1:00 today but i did not receive it. i tried canceling my order but the employees didn’t put enough effort to help me cancel my order and receive my refund. the employees were very unprofessional. i also spent about $24 which was a waste of money and my time having to wait longer than 30 minutes for my order to be ready.

it was just weird how it say they close at 1am but stop taking orders at 10pm I came in at 10pm couldn’t even order they said only online orders they need to change it to 10pm closed! I really wanted some wing stop. and only had cash!

My son had the most ridiculous experience here around 9 PM on Thursday January 2nd.
He ordered a 24$ food order in the app for the closest location which was supposed to be on Hawthorne Blvd. Went there after 30 minutes was told the food was being made at this location & there was nothing they could do for him.
My son walked from there to this location for 1 hour after working for 8 hours & commuting for 2.
When he got to this location the food was already more than 90 minutes old. He asked for it to be remade.
THE MANAGER REFUSED TO REMAKE THE ORDER STATING : IT WAS UNDER THE HEATING LAMP IT IS STILL GOOD & WARM.
This whole experience at both of the Wing stop locations with both of of this managers are a disgrace. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My son is young , respectful. Is this why he got treated so bad? Or is this the standard with all of your customers.
Either way. Something NEEDS to change.
We need to support our local moms & pops establishments & stay away from spending our hard earned cash with this corporations that provide inferior food & inferior customer service. Should have bought Woodys or a Burrito from a food truck. Fresh food, more affordable, made with love.
Not this overpriced, over processed junk food with customer service that perfectly fits the junky product.
Keep on treating your customers this way. You will soon turn into Chipotle. Closing stores left & right.

Liars ...order was wrong and I couldn't wait to redo the order so I requested a refund was told by associate they don't do refunds on register they have to request refunds on a tablet and can't give you a receipt to show the refund will be processed looked on the bank statement three days later to be made aware the refund was never made

I’ve tried giving this location many chances of liking it but they still disappoint. Service is always slow and they always forget to include something in my order. Aside from this, food is always cold due to the long wait. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Ordered and payed online for some fries. It was 16-21 minutes to be ready I waited 25 minutes to be sure they would be ready. Went in to pick up my order, they said no, we will start to make it now. It will be ready in about 5 minutes. I left came back in 10 and they were still not ready. I ordered well done lemon pepper fries. I received them soft not seasoned
