Why are you guys taking so long on orders???? Hello? Understaffed? Yall are one of the only wing stops open. My dasher has been waiting over an hour
Worst service and employees I’ve ever experienced and I don’t even like leaving reviews, but had to make sure that was shared. Workers act like they can’t speak and not due to language barriers. Due to incompetence. 0 stars. F-

This cashier was so rude when we came in 10/18/25 @ 11pm.. we had left a concert and wanted to come eat some good wingstop! But no that changed as we walked into the doors of this establishment. Azally was irritated that we wanted to order more food she kept saying is that it? Then it started to get busy and she kept getting mad the fact they were getting busy! She told the customers after us that they are only taking online orders at the moment but they close at 2am? She definitely needs to find another job if it’s too much for her! Definitely won’t be back to this establishment again

You have to wait more than 40 minutes for your food. The place was a mess the floor was dirty and the tables were the same. When you step in you have no one to greet you. I ordered my food and they can’t even get that right. Forgot the dips didn’t put the right wings in. Absolutely terrible. Do not come here. Other wings stops are by far better.

Food takes an hour to be ready
The reason why I am giving this place 1 star because I ordered something yesterday online decided I didn't want they took the payment off my card called 17 time no one answer I didn't come pick so Wingstop needed give me my refund bad service

Whole experience was horrible.. for starters I called in to make my order. I had to sit on the phone because for one I'm at work making this call(limited texting) plus I had a question. I waited 6mins for someone to answer👀. I make the order and the lady said it would take 20mins. I agree and wait the 20mins trying to time it right so I could enjoy my meal before I had to be back at work. I set the timer for 20 minutes. I'm about a mile and a half away. After 20 minutes are up. I use the restroom then go clock out. That's another 5mins.. I head over. There's a few people in line ahead of me. By this time 45 minutes had elapsed. The young man at the cash register was inexperienced and slow.. I waited around another 10 minutes. I watched guy that was in line ahead of me order and get his food in the time I waited Then I decided to tell them it's okay I have to be back to work.. I got back to work with 3mins to clock in and NO food.. lunch ruined thanks guys 👍🏾

I didn't like the fact all the tables were dirty. I ask to have a table cleaned and was offered paper towels! What!? I don't work here, please do better.

Yamete was extremely disrespectful and walked away when asked a question. Not an employee I would want talking to customers, especially after spending 100 dollars plus. I would avoid this store at all costs. Worst Wingstop experience thanks to yamete.

Spent 67$ on a 30 piece family pack came cold and soggy. ONE FRY(also cold) and no ranch (was supposed to have 3) LET ALONE IT TOOK ALMOST A HR!!!!!

I ordered 30 wings and waited for over an hour. They didn't give me the food and I had to ask for my money back. They weren't able to help us. There were Uber orders that also took ages to wait. The service is terrible, the staff is just laughing and chatting, and they don't take the orders. The person in charge, instead of helping us or giving us a solution, was laughing in our faces.
