Horrible service didn't receive what I ordered never want to go again

Cashier is careless in taking the order (I hope she didn’t do it intentionally) as she got both my friend’s and my order wrong. My friend asked for “make it a meal” and ordered the grilled chicken but the cashier took her order at the a la carte price and ordered grilled ribeye (I don’t know how she can mistaken chicken to ribeye), my friend ended up paying $17 for what supposed to be $14. My friend informed the staff to change back to the chicken but the staff didn’t bother to refund the addition $2. For my order I mentioned two to three times it’s a MEAL and the cashier made it right this time, but not sure where the large soda +$0.5 from as I only said regular Pepsi. I know we should talk to the cashier on the spot but honestly not bother given their “welcomeness” , just be careful when you place the order with them. Not sure if it matters if you are local or tourists. Food is mediocre, but I craved Yoshinoya since we don’t have it in Canada.

I wanted to purchase two large bowls, Diego pointed out that my coupons had expired. Thankfully, he was incredibly patient and kind enough to provide me with new coupons, which genuinely made my day. I always enjoy coming to Yoshinoya, not only for the delicious food but also for the wonderful service. Thank you once again for going above and beyond!

Let me start by saying, i should of have checked on food before leaving the restaurant.. however, place was literally empty. How can they possibly mess up on my order..?!! Right!! We are from out of town and had order 3 beef combos meals. I had to pack it well, since it would had to go through TSA at Lax airport and on flight. It was once i got home realized they had given us chicken instead!!! 😡🤬 When in town again, will never stop here again!
This location is super dirty. I dont know why they never keep this place clean. Theres always water or soda on the floor. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen

Yoshinoya food is always delicious I can't complain about that. This is our restaurant whenever we pick up family from the airport. We stopped at the place around 9 p.m. and the music was great, we ordered our food and went to sit. The itself was dirty though. The floors were sticking and the tables were not very clean. We still ate there because like I mentioned the food is always delicious.

We went to get yoshinoya and the veggies were cold and the rest of the food was not even hot as how it has to be. It was kind of cold... I got disappointed I waisted my money on food that was not even good.
