Ordered apple mini pies for my co workers birthday celebration and everyone raved about them being the best pies they ever had! This bakery is wonderful and easy to communicate with. Great experience! It smelled so great in there I picked up some bread for home.
The greatest new addition to our small town. My wife and I are regulars and can't get enough of Gold's sourdough. A couple of our favorites are the seeded sourdough and roasted garlic. Both are great for your classic hipster avocado toast in the morning before work.The cinnamon rolls are unmatched. Not too sweet, and just a little taste of coffee makes them our favorite Sunday morning breakfast appetizer.Cookies are better than grandma's so... don't forget...
I have family that lives in Ione and this past weekend they came to visit us in Santa Barbara. They brought along a few loaves of the sourdough and two trays of cinnamon rolls - both were so delicious! The bread has great flavor and texture and the scoring is so pretty! We wish we lived much closer to Gold's Bakery so we could enjoy the sourdough bread on a weekly - make that daily - basis!
