If you have a favorite you might need to get in here early! They have some awesome donuts and bagels and they open early (5am) so hopefully no one else wants all those delicious bagels because by 9 or 10 they could easily be gone. You can't go wrong with anything here the donuts are always fresh and delicious. Ok being a transplant from EG, i recently had a discussion on where to finad a yummy bagel, a worthy bagel near me, in Ione...my sister in-law also a transplant here in Ione has been telling me about this Star donut place in Ione, just 5 min away...but I'm not a donut eater so I didn't check it out. First visit to Ione, and Star Donuts and the blueberry fritters were different. I’ve never had those before but what I really loved was the ham and cheese croissants they were stellar.!!!!
