This place is not for you if you wanted coffee. It’s a bubble tea place. They don’t offer any regular coffee. One can not get a black coffee and add your desired amount of cream or sugar. If you choose pre-sweeten coffee, it’s so laden with sugar makes it un-drinkable. Total waste of $6 for a coffee one can get from McDonald for $1 and taste 100% better. Coffee drinkers stay away. It’s place for bubble heads.

ordered a water based matcha to go and the sugar in it isn't even dissolved. Had to chew the granulated sugar in it, and not to say they asked me to tip for a simple water based matcha to go(I even did tip them 18%). America really needs to stop this rediculous tipping culture. like what am i tipping for? for the staff forgot to blend the sugar in the matcha when it's hot, before pouring the ice?

Their coffee needs improvement. Quality is very inconsistent, iced latte is either too watery or too dark. Hot latte just tasted weird. Staffs are friendly and atmosphere is great, but I don’t think I would come back again unfortunately. :(

The drinks were good. They give me to try things I wasn’t sure what that is which helped to decide if I like it or not. They are open late which helped me to get some drinks on a long ride. The atmosphere was nice at first and there were people in line at night. The downside of all of this is that they asked for a tip straight after you pay and minimum it is 15 percent. There were 15% 20% and 25 % for a tip. These people don't serve me. They just sell me a drink. Why do I feel obligated to give them any tips and not just a small tip but that experience tip? Other cafes for people who don't want to stay in there there is an option to leave 1 or 2 dollars. I felt very disappointed and bed about that gready attitude. Jus put 1 dollar for people who is taking out. Who managed that tip? Who is so gredy there?

Needs better signage for where the line is. There are two doors that lead into the store. There was one customer ordering so I started a line at the point closest to the door I entered. I was right in front of the cashier. She then let a second line form so we both approach the cashier at the same time. As someone who doesn’t frequent this store, there’s no way for me to know which side of the stanchion they prefer people to stand on. She had several minutes to tell me where she wanted the line but said nothing. When I asked for clarification, she then said the other side of the stanchion as if I should have known the entire time. Either put up signage or speak up, but don’t make a confusing situation and then give people attitude. Product is solid. 7 leaves isn’t what it once was but that’s generally what happens with expansion. It’s still good and reliable. There’s some amount of seating at this location. Parking is hit or miss depending on the day of the week.
Their iced Japanese soy milk matcha tea is to die for. So so delicious and refreshing! I highly recommend

I love their House Coffee (hot). It has a different flavour than the ones you get in Starbucks or Peets. It's a Vietnamese coffee house.

The taste was good. It was both sweet and sour like a chocolate with sea salt. The good thing is that they are open until midnight ⭐️ The interior design is okay and gives a coffee shop feeling but can improved. You can find a seat relatively easily. The table I seat was not much clean but was okay.
