Great bakery, but waiting for a regular black coffee to be handed for 20min is not fun. Not for the people who just want a coffee & nowhere to sit. Fairly disappointed

I ordered a hazelnut latte, it was basically water and hot milk. I went to return it and asked her if you put water in here she said yes, I asked her for a regular coffee and again she put 75% water and 25%, i guess what they call coffee, needless to say it was disgusting and also tasted like water and wasn't even filled to the top

Baked goods are fresh - the savory danishes with kale and spinach are awesome. Some of the racks weren't labeled :/

The Magical

Just American cheap kind of bread. They probably use a lot of chemicals

Usually always busy. Been here multiple times but this has been the only time that I felt a review was necessary. Took almost half hour to make one simple coffee drink. Patiently waited til enough was enough. No apology. Kid behind the counter only said he had already made the drink. Okay? And that’s relevant how? Clearly someone took the drink and here I am still waiting on my drink. Seems like 85 degrees expected me to just say, “Hahaha, silly me! Let me just go ahead and buy another one. Boy oh boy I sure hope whoever took my drink enjoys it. ‘Tis the season.”

Anyway, mistakes happen. You apologize, offer to refund the customer and maybe even make him or her the drink as an apology. That last part is optional but at the very minimum you apology and offer a refund. While both the kid and the manager can handle stress and complaints well—it’s easy when you don’t care like these two—but the above steps were only initiated cause I had to suggest it. Where can I send the bill for my customer service seminar?

Anyway, don’t let this one star review determine you from going here. It’s just my bad experience. Life will go on and people will keep coming here. As for me, well, I won’t be back. Plenty of other places to go until they too get to experience one of these one star reviews.

Food — 3 stars. Let’s be honest, this place is what it is cause it’s quick, convenient and not overly priced. Nothing amazing but you can do worse. No idea what the coffee tasted like since why would I drink it after all that hassle.

I have eaten it twice and it is a bit greasy. The chili oil is not spicy at all and is very greasy.

Good tasting bread, fast, and cheap. Only downside is it can get really crowded making it difficult to navigate through the line.

The reason for 3 stars is none of the pastries that we got were fresh sadly. I was looking for the Japanese pastry and a friend of my suggested this place for sure is way far from Japanese bakery. The cream puff felt like cream inside of stale bread the only good part of the cream puff was the cream but sadly the cream was melted even though the cream puff was in the cooler. The marble Taro bun was not my cup of tea, but my daughter liked it but she said it tasted a bit like baking powder.

They cancelled an order I asked for the next day. They don't have any Spanish speaking staff who can explain the reason for the cancellation. In addition, the item I ordered appeared as available. It's terrible customer service. If you're going to order, I recommend that you check with your local retailer as they are not trained for online orders. Apparently, you only have to go to the store and still have to wait 1 week for a refund. Why? This is his 17-second explanation.

Their bread is always great, I've been eating their breads as long as I remember, from the classical pork meat floss bread to the pizza bread, my favorite bakery store.

The servers are really nice, they'll help you find the type of bread you want if you can't find it.

The atmosphere is amazing, you can smell the fresh baked bread straight from the kitchen, their kitchen door was always open, you can see all the bread waiting to be put where they belong. Love the chill vibe.

Busy place, in my opinion food quality is average. Tried multiple items, little expensive for the quality and quantity of food.

Parking: Parking depends on the time of the day.

Our favourite asian bakery chain down south. Kids loves them for breakfast with many selections. Bubble tea isn't bad. Will visit every time there.

Good bakery with fresh pastries.
It’s a bit run down now being old - bathroom is dirty, no seating, and automated machines that are half broken.

Still great pastries and decent pricing, but could do some renovation.
