Tom yum seafood ramen is a winner
Never a wait which is amazing for the good ramen and food at this place.
Service wasn’t all that great a younger server was pretty rude . Seemed like he didn’t want to help us out. seemed very rushed while taking out order. We asked for teriyaki ck said they didn’t have it we asked for the katzu he asked if we really wanted it since it takes so long to cook!!! we than asked what other chicken options THEY ACTUALLY HAD he said look at the menu ! We asked for lemons said they were all out asked an older gentleman he was kind enough to get us some and get us refills on waters since the other guy didn’t come back . food was ok the ramen was not hot. It wasn’t all that bad but wouldn’t come back either .
Average Ramen place. Nothing special. Slow service. Not recommend this place.
By far, the worst ramen I've ever had (international & domestic) i ordered the veggie ramen. The mushrooms were clumped as if they spent time compressed together, the broth was overly bland & room temperature despite being 6 minutes early to pickup. It needed salt & pepper badly. The veggies tasted old or freezer burnt as well. I see no reason to return.
I placed an online order thrutheir website. Check #58 showed up in my email and they charged mycredit card accordingly. I arrived at the designated pickup time. Theysaid they had lost my order and would remake it. 45 minutes later I askthe cashier where my order was. He says the order never made it intotheir system and that I needed to cancel my order online and placeanother takeout order.Horrible service as they saw me waiting there for my order for over 45 minutes. I walked away hangry with no food and the need to do a chargeback.I used to love this place. Never coming back.
A decent ramen indeed. Some ramen places I would say something like "Their chashu is so tender and delicious" or "Their tonkotsu broth was the best!" However, here nothing really stood out to me as spectacular or unique. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. I enjoyed eating it and although I don't have anything memorable to point out about it, I also don't have anything negative to say about it and THAT is definitely worth something.I would have given it five stars if the service was better. One of the servers was short and borderline rude to us when he asked if we were ready to order. I told him it was my first time there and I expected his face to lighten up a bit and that he would react by explaining how everything works there or which entrees are popular. Instead, he didn't say anything and just walked away to continue to wait.
Been meaning to try this ramen place.....what a pleasant surprise ? I had a guest in from Japan and she loved it!

Best ramen, good service. Before Covid 19 the line was always long. It’s located in the Diamond plaza with lots of other restaurants and HMart market.
Food is good and people are friendly. I have already came for three times in a week! Just hope the food can prepare faster.

I used to come to this place almost a decade ago, and it was one of the better ramen places to go to back then. After my latest visit I will not be coming back.Service - As we walked in we got greeted immediately and seated since it was probably the slowest restaurant that day. Throughout our dinner the staff never checked up on us and had to wave them down about 4 times for water, extra napkins, spices and bill. All the staff did was chat with each other about school and didn't care to check on its clients.Food - Portions are small in my opinion, spicy ramen isn't spicy at all and still needed A Lot more kick to it, the extra stuff they provide is tiny.Prices - I guess kinda avg compared to other Ramen places but not worth it.Parking - Parking in this complex can be crazy at times.Venue - Place looks clean but dated.Overall will not recommend it or come back.
The lunch special is very much a steal!!! Given the proportions for the ramens - my friend and I were incredible full after our meals. If you order the vegetable ramen, the assortment of vegetables made me really happy as a person who loves a good variety of vegetables in any dish she orders. The gyoza dumplings were much softer than expected - light and meaty. The fried tofu had a crunchiness like tempura and it’s paired sauce added the right amount of saltiness. Our orders were taken and served quickly. They began a new orgami series you may see on the shelves using the paper menus they give out.I’ve gone to the restaurant before nearly a decade ago - and it still remains as a good place to go to for some solid ramen.
The spicy beef ramen ? was superb. Staff attention and food was quicker than expected. Definitely would stop here again. It's a popular shopping center, so if you see a parking space hurry and grab it.
If you love Ramen, you’ll love this place. I have been to 7 different ramen places in OC. I like to explore other ramen restaurants. I don’t know if that's a lot of places or not, but it's a decent amount of ramen places I have visited, and Ajisen's best combo ramen is the most flavorful ramen I have had.
Great food and prices. I come here a lot; either for any of the amazing ramens or for the curry rice. So good. They usually don't have a wait when we come and we get in quickly and get our food quick. They have had the BOGO drinks forever it seems and just check in on Yelp and can get the free drink. We do it every time and love coming here. Staff are friendly and food is reliably good. The slushes with boba are great on hot days.
