this is a solid all you can eat shabu spot!great food choices, and it all looked very fresh. they were great about constantly checking to see if you need anymore broth or meat. it has some of the best broths we've ever had at a Shabu place. Definitely worth trying! it can get busy so join the Yelp waitlist if you can.

My wife and I love this place. We come here all the time. The broth: GOOD. Meats: GOOD. Food bar: GOOD.Staff: very nice!Even if the wait is really long (hey this place is popular) the staff is really quick and attentive. There have been days where I expected to wait over an hour and was actually seated after 20-30mins. EFFICIENT. I love it.There have been a handful of times where I've gone to this place twice in one week because I love taking visitors here. If someone is visiting me and wants to eat some good shabu, this is where I take them.Vegetarian options: There's a huge food bar with vegetarian options. Seafood and hot food as well.Parking: it may take some time to find parking. a lot of great restaurants are in the area.

Good spread of meats and vegetables. For the meats, you have to order from the server but the rest are self serve, even the drinks.

YOOOOOO. This place is the bomb!Hands down 100%, my favorite, my number 1, *insert any positive adjectives/descriptions...BEST KOREAN AYCE SHABU SHABU (w/ A SELF SERVE BAR) in Irvine! The easiest way for me to describe this place and its superiority...is to compare it to its rival DADA SHABU SHABU, since its the only other establishment in Irvine that has the same style of food concept. So why is All That Shabu SUPERIOR to Dada Shabu Shabu??-the interior design is so much more inviting at All That Shabu-The common walkway path is much more spacious and easier to access at All That Shabu. If you want slippery floor and the ability to ice skate on greasy floors...then Dada Shabu Shabu is your place to go!-Better ingredients at All That Shabu-More variety and selection at All That Shabu-Better sauce at All That Shabu-Better hot food section here at All That Shabu-Protein Options: So much more at All That Shabu-Broths: the broths at All That Shabu taste so much better!-Most importantly...MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE at All That Shabu! If you like your shabu shabu with burnt pots and have a desire to play hide-and-go-seek with your servers...or just like waving your hands in the air for long periods, then Dada Shabu Shabu is your place to go!If I could have one takeaway from my All That Shabu vs. Dada Shabu Shabu comparison...Both AYCE restaurants are priced relatively similar, but here's the one difference that always gets me going back to All That Shabu.-Dada Shabu Shabu has 7 different protein options...well technically 5, cuz who really eats Chicken Breast and Basa Fish Fillet??-All That Shabu has 11 different protein options!...well technically 10, by eliminating the chicken breast option (just to be fair). Now to sum it all up (and in my best sparknote version)...pretty much EVERYTHING is that much better at All That Shabu!UNTIL THEN!! ^-^

Good ayce shabu shabu. Self serve salad bar. Chill staff. Decent cuts of meat and quality. Parking can be a pain but that's because the plaza parking is shared.

A very popular place for all you can eat hotpot. Meats are good. Has a variety of different kinds of vegetables and other food. Service is good too. The only complain I have is the after smell after eat in - every single item on you smell like hotpot, make sure you wear washable items to it.

This is out first time here keeping an open mind on the food. The food was less than okay. We ordered the original broth and it was flavorless - basically water with some spices. Even when we added meat and veggies to the pot, it just tasted like water. The AYCE bar is basically same like every where else. The peanut butter dipping sauce is way too sour for me and I cannot get over how sour even though it put other herbs and spices in the sauce but still didn't help at all. It is the biggest minus point for me. Not worth the price at all. I am surprised people around me recommending this spot. The only good thing they offer is the meat but I guess most shabu will offer same quality of meat these days.

The food was less than okay. We ordered the spicy beef broth and it was flavorless - basically water with chilli oil. Even when we added meat and veggies to the pot, it just tasted like water. Not worth the price at all. I am shocked about the positive reviews because this was less than good and we ended up leaving to go elsewhere for a better dinner
