Great little sandwich shop. Lots of choices including a wide array of standard sandwiches (rueben, club, pastrami, etc) and Poke' bowls. Super fresh veggies and meats, in good sized portions and cold soft drinks all at very reasonable prices.

Says they have soup on here but you go in and they say they don't serve soup ?
Nothing bad but nothing too great either. Prices are fair although they need to be adjusted online.Sandwiches are all $6-$8 which isn’t bad. Ordered the tuna melt and it tasted fine, it great, not bad. They did heat it up in the microwave so it wasn’t very crispy or fresh.I’ll try something else next time I stop by.
Really this place is just a middle of the road type of place. Not bad not good. Serves food that fills you when

Had the breakfast burrito, coffee, and salad. Fantastic. Hit the itch I couldn't reach since leaving Jersey cornerstones behind to come out West.
Their ham egg and cheese croissants are so great for breakfast!
This place is awesome! I hesitate to review as I enjoy that they are not too crowded!
Good Lunch to all:I was in a panic today to find a good place to purchase lunches for my busy team and I discovered Alton Cafe - a small place off Alton & Hughes in Irvine. These guys make delicious Tuna and Chicken salad sandwiches placed on Rye Bread with a pickle to boot. Max is the chef extraordinaire and bagged it all up in about 15 minutes. My guys loved the food asked when is the next time I am going to spring for lunch? These guys can make a boat load of food in minutes. Try the Breakfast burritos with a cup of coffee at 7 AM.Joe

Very good and fresh food. Terrific little lunch place in the food desert that is Irvine.
This is a great spot for breakfast and lunch. I stop by nearly every morning for a breakfast burrito; they’re always made fresh, not greasy, and are a really good value too
Got a nice chicken salad, good size for just over $6. Will try a sandwich tomorrow.
The food is delicious. Good prices
Breakfast burritos and Poke are very good.
