Andrei's Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails

We've been meaning to try Andrei's out for a while now, and last night was our first time dining here. First of all the staff is very well trained, professional, friendly and just overall caring service from the host all the way through the wait and serving staff. Next - the atmosphere - really nice, and although it's a big open room the dining room at about 3/4 full was not noisy - we could talk in normal voices at our table by the windows. And those windows! Great view of the sunset even though we are miles from the beach the sky lit up in beautiful colors visible through the huge western facing windows. The food - we had the lobster bisque and fried chicken sandwich with fried pickles (worth the trip right here!). Also enjoyed the Sea Bass daily special entree - grilled to perfection served on a bed of veggies and the most delicious coconut rice. Pricing is around $30-$60 per entree. I only have one complaint - the seating is very soft and uncomfortable. We sat at the tables, perhaps the booths might have been a better choice? I want to return but the seats were truly the least comfortable of any place I've dined in OC.

We enjoyed happy hour. Delicious appetizers. It's been years since I've been there and will be back soon. OMT Ryan was so attentive and recommended a yummy dessert

Andrei's is a great restaurant! I have been here many times over the years and have always had a good experience. Seating is comfortable and you never feel cramped or rushed. Food is always hot and quick. I am vegan and have always had wonderful options to select from. I highly recommend Andrei's!

A group of us went here to celebrate a 50th birthday. Ordered appetizers of Roasted Cauliflower Calimari. Both were delicious but the bread basket was the biggest hit!! The entrees were also delicious and I would recommend this place. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because the sashimi platter was just okay due to the size of the platter and the value to me was not great. It tasted good and was fresh.

Small work party, less than 10 people. Average dinner price per person was under $20. Excellent service and great food value. Delicious! Highly recommend and will visit again when in the area.

Food is excellent, the crispy cauliflower is a must have (and I don't even like cauliflower generally). The server was very attentive and ambience was very pleasant.

From start to finish our evening was great. Valet parking at the door $9:00. Inside is very nice. Elevator or stairs for second floor dining. Immediately seated by the hostess. Very attentive waitress, excellent bar tender all wait staff were excellent. Dinner steaks Filet mignon and Nee York strip cooked perfectly. The corn side with NY is amazing. We will return, just a great restaurant!

Enjoyed patio dining - pleasant ambience and relatively quiet. Food selection and quality excellent. Service attentive. Wine list relatively small. Validation for self-parking didn't work - had to pay to get out of garage!

For our 2-year anniversary, I wanted to try something a little fancy and different and Andrei’s was absolutely perfect. We started with the calamari and crispy cauliflower, then moved on to the boneless short ribs and halibut for our mains. I also had a side Caesar salad that might be one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re in the Irvine area, this place is definitely worth checking out!

The place feels trendy without trying too hard, the ambiance is relaxed, the staff is consistently attentive, and the food is outstanding. Considering all that, the pricing is quite fair. I’m especially fond of the patio, and the building’s design is striking and memorable.
