Place has great ambience and service. Most of the key ingredients are flown in from Italy. The pizza is amazing here and that is what you come here for.

Gross. Went down hill!!! Meatballs were repulsive. Better to eat rotten McDonald's which would taste more authentic. Years ago they were delicious. Maybe new owner or manager.

Angelina's is absolutely delightful and delicious! There's a lot of good food in Irvine, but this is a spot I definitely want to go back to. My chicken entree was some of the best cooked chicken I've ever had; it was a huge cut that was succulent and juicy. I was a bit worried about it being flavorless since I got the Calabrese sauce on the side, but even without it the taste was decadent. The salumi board and cheeses were also a hit, as was the burrata. I definitely stuffed myself with cheese and do not regret it in the slightest. I will say my drink wasn't the most exciting, but for one drink I definitely felt like there was a good amount of alcohol in it. Service, especially with drunks was also a little bit slow and they were bringing out drinks 1-2 at a time, but we had a large party on a week night and it looked like the bar only had one worker so it wasn't a big deal, I am understanding of that! All in all I really liked this spot and want to try more of their menu.

Such a delicious lunch! When we arrived it was after 12pm and already busy with a lot of business lunches. We were a group of 8 family members on spring break and the kind hostesses moved some tables and chairs around to make it possible to seat us — right in the center of the dining room! I was a bit nervous because we had 4 young kids with us but everyone was so kind and we enjoyed everything! We ordered two red pizzas and two white, plus caprese salad and calamari! Everything was perfect. Thanks for being so welcoming to a big hungry family. We loved it!

Whenever my parents come to town to visit, this us our first stop, our favorite restaurant. We have always had wonderful experiences—while this may start off as a negative review, it ends as a positive. It's not about making mistakes, it's about how the mistakes are dealt with. The manager was extremely gracious and went out of his way to make sure that we left satisfied, to ensure that we didn't leave with a bad taste in our mouths. Although at one point in the evening we may not have ever returned, the manager made sure that by the time we left, this would again he our first stop when we came to visit again. Thank you!

Review is regarding a togo order via grub hub. Food came pretty quick even for Grubhub. Ordered the Taglierini Del Tirreno.. felt like the price of $44 was high but based on the ingredients really wanted to try it. So i got my food and opened the container and immediately thought i got the wrong order. It looks like I got the pasta with white sauce with a hint of shrimps. I posted a picture and it looks depressing. I took one bite and immediately jump on the phone. If it tasted remotely good I wouldve been ok but it tasted like pasta water with a few piece of tiny shrimp. I wasnt going to pay $44 for this and woudlnt even feed this to anyone. Seems like the quality check was not done since it was missing the all that was listed on menu: missing the shallots, garlic, saffron lobster sauce, clams, calamari, parsley, confit cherry tomatoes. Doubt I woudl order from here again. Thanks bu no thanks

You’d never guess a place with a location at the end of a mall with a Whole Foods would have great food and especially pizza, but here we are. It’s not inexpensive, but the pizza is surprisingly good.Ambiance does not match the food quality (odd flooring choices make the place feel cheap) and service can be spotty. Nice bartenders, but they need one more per evening shift.

We had a rather large party and were given a large table outside under the heaters. From the first communication with the restaurant to the night of the event everything ran very smoothly and effortlessly. Brett, the manager was easy to work with and communicated well. We gave a deposit on my credit card to secure the table and the night of the event checked in to find the table all ready for us. Our server was Chris who did a great job with orders, wine and cocktails. By the way I asked about corkage fee, which is $25 per bottle but if you buy a bottle from them they waive a corkage fee. The food was great and I was pleased to see all our friends enjoying their food. I had the salmon which is not what I usually have there since I love the pizza but was really impressed by the crisp outside and perfectly cooked interior. The seasoning was wonderful too and it might be my new favorite on the menu. One last thing, I will always be grateful to this restaurant that during the lockdown they sold groceries when they were hard to find. It really built a community for us. Thanks so much for a spectacular evening!

Their pizza is so good plus all their pastas are very authentic. What really suggest is their Nutella Chocolate Pizza for dessert. That is one of the main reasons we keep on coming back.

Very enjoyable experience! Los Olivos center has lots of dining options. Nearby is the Spectrum. So it’s hard for a restaurant in this area to stand out, yet Angelina managed to do just that. Great food and wine selection paired with excellent service made our meal worthwhile. We ordered burrata, Caesar salad, truffle pizza, and some other appetizers to share. Everything was high quality. 5 stars

The food was an absolute disappointment!!! The pizza had almost no topping, oil was just dripping out of it! First bite, your mouth was filled with nothing but oil! The salad’s portion that was almost $16 was ridiculous!!!! Had my worst restaurant experiment with this place!!

I visited this place a few days ago and I forget how good the food is here. When I lived in Irvine I frequented this place a lot. Their pizzas are all excellent. A soft italian wheat dough with a great bite. I also had the bucatini appetizer which was a great shareable dish for myself and 2 guest. The tiramisu was homemade and one of the best I've had. The restaurant has great ambiance and is beautifully decorated. Our server Eduardo was outstanding. Will be back.
