I was on the Drive thru during my 30 min lunch with a co-worker and wanted to do separate orders, and we were told that they can only do 1 order per car, we were the only car on the drive thru and honestly the store, I have never heard of anyone saying that they can do 1 order per car, this was my first time trying Arbys and deffinately the last time, employees response was mindblowing, not coming back cause of this, these emplyee be acting like they own the place by making their own rules.

Drive thru attendant took my card to run it through the machine inside rather than giving me the machine to run it through myself. The only place the card was used before fraudulent charges started to appear. Coincidence? Hmmm. Filed fraudulent claim w cc company. Beware.

The bathroom was clean. The staff greeted me quickly. I downloaded the app and got a good deal. Everyone was very friendly. I spilled and instead of letting me clean it, which I had planned to, and they took care of it with a smile. My order was accurate and hot and delicious. The Arby's closer to my home is nowhere near this good. 10/10
Super bad food. The burger that I got had no flavor; I was very disappointed for my first and last time visiting this place.
