Of the two pretzel places in spectrum, auntie's is the inferior. I have been here 3 times over the course of 2.5 weeks (here for work) and this place constantly runs out of your basic salted pretzels. And you only find out about that when you get to the front of the line. So generally you see a line of 5 to 6 people that always seems to move slower then one would expect, and then you find out it'll be at least 5 more minutes until more pretzels are available. If this was just a one time thing then I get it, but 66% of the time I have been here is a bit ridiculous. For reference I have never had to wait for fresh pretzels at wexels. So save yourself some time and walk a little further to the front of spectrum and grab a pretzel or take a chance on this place not having anything ready.
First time having pretzels fresh out of the oven . Great food but prices are the highest I’ve ever seen from this franchise
I don’t understand how they are getting away with dipping all their meat pretzels with the same butter as non- meat. I asked the staff about cross contamination and they said this is just how they do it. They can’t even have one separate container of butter for non-meat pretzels. So many people have allergies or meat restrictions. They said we can use our spray oil instead and that version tastes horrible!
I love my auntie Anne's, but this particular one has a rude cashier, I was in my way of living but since I wanted to get my dip n' sip combo and I try not to put attention to him. I just get my combo and live.

Fresh a d fun snacks. Our kids really enjoyed this fun “sip and snack” product. We got a small lemonade ($6) and the pretzels with cheese dipping sauce (almost $10). Its a little insultingly expensive at almost $16 for what it is, but for a special treat it’s worth the novelty and smiles it brings.
Vegetarian options: Its pretzels dipped in butter. So, if you’re down with butter, this place is for you!

I got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites from here and they must have been sitting in the display all day or over baked or something because it was all so hard. It was definitely not the soft pretzel I come to expect from Auntie Anne’s.

I ordered this little bread ball with powdered sugar! After they are done, they will be placed in the insulated box to be warm and delicious! Be sure to eat it while it's hot, the taste will be about 30% off when it's cold...
A large cup of pretzel pieces was 8 something. It was eaten by two people and was good. Not too much difference between Wetzel and aunties. Maybe aunties is a little less oily.

Asked for number 2 and 3. She looked at the menu and still rang up the wrong thing and made me come back to give her another dollar. Not good service, in my opinion. I left a tip. Just take the dollar out of that or read the order back, if you’re confused.

HANDS DOWN the best auntie anne's location in OC. I'm kind of addicted to their pretzels, and have tried their locations in Newport, the outlets at Orange, Desert Hills, and even the one up in Arcadia. I'm telling you that this location makes their pretzels the BEST.I usually get the regular pretzel nuggets or a pepperoni pretzel, and wow. They are just so good. Especially for the nuggets, they are so perfectly baked to a darker golden brown and they put the perfect amount of salt and butter so you can actually taste the two. Other locations don't bake their pretzels for long enough to my liking so they're all a super light tan color, but here they bake them super well. Crispy on the outside and suuuuuper fluffy on the inside. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's always worth going to.
1 word...YUM! Always great pretzels
Holy good gawd! I had their pretzel & pepperoni bites for the 1st time!..... They're like Crack! So good! With a little mustard on them! YUM! ?I'll be back for some more! Again and again and again!
I just got home to eat this, and they are burnt. Frustrating .
Disclaimer, this rating is based on a personal experience that may not reflect with others due to its specific nature, but thought it was worth sharing in case the evil lady gets to see it.My 3 year old loves going to the Fashion Island location, but every time we’re at the Spectrum something sours the experience. Today was the cherry on top though. We get in line at 9:57 PM (they close at 10 PM) and the lady from inside comes out an announces the line ends right before us (so the person in front of us got to go) karate chopping in front of my kids. 3 year old was crying upset that he couldn’t get his pretzel. I completely understand and respect closing times. If it was just us adults being told no it would have been fine. If the line ended 3,4,5 people in front us I would have understood. But this was unnecessarily cruel to a small child who just wanted a pretzel.
