Convenient location in the mall. I usually love snacking here, prices have increased and service has gone down. Paying $5 for a single cinnamon sugar pretzel that is very greasy feels way too high.

The line wasn’t too long, but the service was pretty slow. Paying $15 for a single pretzel and a small cup of pretzel bites feels excessively high, especially considering they were both stale and quite greasy.

Of the two pretzel places in spectrum, auntie's is the inferior. I have been here 3 times over the course of 2.5 weeks (here for work) and this place constantly runs out of your basic salted pretzels. And you only find out about that when you get to the front of the line. So generally you see a line of 5 to 6 people that always seems to move slower then one would expect, and then you find out it'll be at least 5 more minutes until more pretzels are available.
