The service was good here, as our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh as well!

Nice, upbeat hotel bar and restaurant. Great draft beer selection, but very expensive. Menu offers a wide variety of foods.

Food is okay but service is terrible. There was only one server. We waited for a long time for food to get ready. Then we found they missed one of our orders. We came here for a chess tournament. The kids were starving in tears. The service person argued that I made the wrong order. We waited for one and hour hours for a Burger. Will not eat here again. They also charge 20% gratitude by default. We ordered one pasta and two burgers which cost about 120
Waited for more than 10 minutes trying to get eye contact or some attention so that I could order. The staff was chatting with each other but I couldn’t get their attention. Eventually I just left and got food somewhere else.Super disappointed

At a conference decided to eat here. The menu online is completely different. Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Once we ordered its been about 40 minutes still no appetizer & no food. We have 10 minutes until conference resumes...

Buffet breakfast items not kept at required temperature for safety, some items not kept fully stocked, & high priced. Coffee bar closer at 11 am. Pleasant personnel.
Great bar to hangout with friends!
I don’t know why this place has such a low rating, everything I ordered I got the staff was attentive. The place was actually busy. I would definitely come back here again. I ordered a medium cheeseburger and as you can see from the pictures I got a medium cheeseburger. Ordered a 9 ounce pour, it was a fat 9 ounce pour which I appreciate. Thank you Staff
They are spread out perfectly to comply with COVID requirements indoors. Out on the patio, there is plenty of space to sit mask free and comfortably around fire pits. The chairs are a little awkward for eating, allowing you to sit way far back, actually causing my companion at the time to misjudge and gal back, nearly dropping their food all over them. Speaking of food, yeah I know it’s CA, but this is not a 5-star dining facility yet the food is outrageously priced. $17 for three tacos?! And they aren’t the best tacos. I’ve had much better street tacos from taco trucks! Additionally, I went to purchase two small naked juice drinks from the cafe vendor in the morning and they wanted $11! I’m glad the payment machine was not accepting Apple Pay or contactless payments because I didn’t get to pay and saved myself $11.On a positive note, the hot tub was very warm and clean and the room was comfortable and heavenly. Nestled in downtown, you’re going to hear jets passing over to land at night, but I might stay here again. I might try another place if able, in the future, then see how they compare.
Very disappointing. An almost nonexistent menu. Very scant and doesn’t match what is online. Not a single dessert (the server suggested I get an ice cream from the pantry!). What food that was available was average or less; the wings were petrified. Service was below acceptable. Hilton should be embarrassed.
