Sat the bar and had a great experience with the various Bartenders. Old Smokey and bullfighter drinks were great and tamal and plantain crusted chicken were Fabulous. Live Cuban music helped transform the occasion into a memorable time for us.
We had our server, who was very nice, spill a hot latte on my dad's lap. She was very apologetic to her credit. I did not see anything comp'd on the final check which felt like a bad service decision
Excellent overall dining experience. My wife and I had the delicious 2-person paella that was loaded with shell-fish, shrimp scallops, mussels, pork and chicken. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. We topped off the excellent meal with a desert: the "El Pastelito" a death by chocolate decadent cake with a ganache icing topped with a ginormous Roman candle (it was my birthday).
